It’s low to the ground but not in a way that it looks terrible. The back cushions really help to make it look taller. It was super easy to put together as well. I purchased the 3-seat version with one ottoman in dark green and am very happy with it so far. Assembly was straightforward and took about an hour. The fabric is soft, the couch feels sturdy, and the color looks great in person. The cushions are on the firmer side, but still comfortable. You don't sink into it, but it's deep enough to lounge or stretch out comfortably. I'm 5'9" and find the depth and length perfect. Some reviews mentioned it being low to the ground, but it feels like a standard couch height to me. I originally ordered the larger version and ended up exchanging it due to an issue with Amazon financing, which was frustrating. However, the seller was responsive and helped provide return labels so I could return the larger couch. For the price, I think this is an excellent value. It looks much more expensive than it is, feels well made, and the removable covers were a big selling point for me since I have a toddler and a small dog. So far, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

UPDATE-It’s been more than a year since I purchased this sofa. I change things often in my home. I took the center of the sofa and the ottoman and use it as a lounge chair in my bedroom. The sofa is still long enough to lay comfortably while watching a movie. I also washed the seat and pillow covers today. They came out beautifully. Just make sure to zip everything before washing or you will get all the fraying from the seams inside the covers and it will be difficult to zip cushions back in. Still comfortable and still in good condition after a year. I researched for weeks for the perfect sofa for a reasonable price. The reviews for this sofa were mostly good. And honestly, unless someone that gave it a bad review had an absolute, total dud, there really isn’t one bad thing that you can say about this sofa. Unless you don’t like a low sofa. I did buy 4 inch legs. It seems to be a great height with the 4 inch legs. I like to be able to tuck my board games under the sofa. I bought two 8 packs of the black plastic legs for $27 each. Once the sofa was built, you couldn’t tell whether the legs were plastic or wood, and it was more cost-effective to buy the plastic. The base of the sofa is wood and springs which I showed in a photo. I also took a photo of the cushion before I released the vacuum seal to show all the coils in the seating. These photos are from only a couple of hours after receiving my boxes. I did get all three boxes at the same time which was a nice surprise. I’m sitting on my sofa now as I write this review and it is so extremely comfortable. It does say wait 24 to 48 hours for the cushions to expand fully, but they are very comfortable right out of the box. One of the reasons I took so long to decide on this sofa was because I wasn’t sure of corduroy material. I am so glad I went with this because the material is thick, soft and feels like it will hold up for a long time. The sellers are also very quick to reply to any problem. I ordered the sofa and canceled it, which I really didn’t mean to do. So I had to contact them and the problem was with me, but they were very gracious and patient with me. From the time the FedEx man came and the time I sat down to write my review was 2 1/2 hours. Assembly was smooth. EVERY. SINGLE. HOLE. Lined up perfectly! If you are looking for a good quality sofa for a good price, this is the one! It feels way more solid and more comfortable than an IKEA sofa that I bought for $1200 a while back. Also, if you look in the photo with the legs, you can see the slim sofa table I go to go behind it. It works perfectly and I have a place to set my coffee and plug in my phone. Being I have my sofa against a window, the table is the perfect width so that my drapes hang nicely. I almost forgot, all the cushion covers can be removed to be washed. They have a nice, sturdy solid zipper that is hidden. PS… one of the reviews said they were not ready for their delivery and it came much sooner than expected. Mine came FedEx and I get notifications from FedEx so I knew within a couple of hours when I would receive my boxes. So if you want to know within hours of when you will get your packages, it would be a good idea to sign up for FedEx notifications. One Month Update…Still love the sofa! The cushions plumped a little more. I sit in the same corner of the sofa every day, so I rotated the cushions every two weeks. Probably a little excessive, but I want the sofa cushion to wear evenly. It’s a great, comfy sofa for curling up with a book or just getting comfy and watching movies.

2 Week Update: DON'T DO IT! I very much regret getting this couch and would definitely not purchase again or recommend. In my original review, I noted the heavy off-gassing despite their description of low VOC. 2 weeks later, and it's still got that smell - even with windows open and fan on. My dog will not come near this couch...which is partially why I bought it in the first place! The cushions are comfortable, to a point, but they do not stay in place. There is no way to keep them in place. The seller might say "oh, there's velcro..." but in reality the cushion bases are too big for the frame and cannot actually secure to the velcro. There is no way to keep the back cushions in place or even pretend there is, so they slide down behind the seat cushions and the chain reaction continues. The back is an angle which is actually comfortable, but the height was determined apparently based on the cushions (which move) height, not the actual back part of the frame. As a result, this couch sits below my windowsill, so if I lean my head back, it's resting on the windowsill not a cushion...because the cushion has moved. Original Review: Arrived in good time, but the boxes were destroyed. Packaged very poorly with the boxes unable to be closed properly; they put an extra piece of cardboard over the gap... One of the vacuum seals of the cushions had leaked. Instructions were easy to follow, but wow the number of screws! And of course, my drill wasn't able to fit, so had to use to the tiny hex wrench. My fingers still hurt. Oh, and it's not corduroy. Overall, got them together. I think my biggest complaint is that the item was listed as low VCOS, or low off-gassing. That is definitely false. It's been several hours since I finished building the couch, and the fumes are still headache-inducing even with the windows open to help air out the room.

So, I ordered this 3 seater sofa and ottoman at 3am. My first sight unseen, un-tush-tested online sofa purchase. I worried that the curdoroy would look too casual. The reviews were positive and I appreciated the pics so I gambled and hoped for good things. It was an international delivery so I expected to keep sitting on the floor in my new place. But today (same day), 2 of 3 boxes arrived! So I have a huge love seat!!! I live in NYC so deliveries might be slower in Rochester upstate. It was easy to open vacuum sealed cushions and assemble alone. The white is a beautiful cream, not yellow or brown or bright white. It’s the color and texture of a posh teddy bear. Yum. (See pic with cotton ball contrast in different light. I think the second cotton ball pic is most representative.) I wanted the softest cushions possible without paying for down. This is it! Arm cushions are even angled for lying down to read/scroll at perfect angle. 5’2” and 6’ people find it incredibly comfortable for sitting and lounging. 6’ man lying down with head on armrest cushion can extend legs fully with inches to spare on love seat (2 cushions across). Cushions fluffed within minutes. Bit of fluff came off onto black pants, but that stopped almost immediately. I should have run a lint brush quickly over it before sitting. No spills yet, it’s only been a couple of hours, but cushion covers are removable for washing. Love that. Only reason I gambled on a white sofa was the ability to clean it safely. Once my dark haired cats experience this sofa, I’m going to have to make sure they don’t make biscuits too often. If the sofa isn’t pet friendly, I’ll update this review. If I’m smart, I’ll remove cushion covers to wrap cushions in mattress or pillowcase protectors before replacing covers. In case my cats berf. Easier clean up! If you’re on the fence, buy it. I do not think you’ll regret it. I can’t express my joy enough with this luxurious and comfortable sofa, and I don’t even have all the pieces yet! Update: all three boxes arrived earlier than promised. Living with this couch, I’d recommend higher (and less plastic) legs. 5’2” and thighs are comfortably perpendicular sitting upright. 6’ person’s back of knees don’t touch the sofa edge. Not a problem if you don’t have knee problems. And scotch guard it! Update: six months later this well used couch is holding up nicely. Cat pulls were expected and happened but a few snips of the snags and back to looking great! Foam accepts fluffing to avoid low spots of our fave areas. Tons of compliments and shock when finding out price! So far all chocolate melted bits and drink spills have wiped off with wet papertowel. No washing needed. Recommend a few throw pillows for older visitors who prefer shallow couches for ease of sitting/standing.

I wanted this to be a five star review, but alas here we are. The sofa is soft and would e been easy to assemble if A- I was given enough hardware to complete the job (7 O screws short of success), and B- if the holes meant to screw the backrest into had something for the screws to hold onto. The holes are bare of any threading and thus the screws just fall out. I am not going to endure the hassle of re-boxing and return shipping, so I will have to spend additional money to have a handy man figure out a viable solution. The assembly up to the point of attaching the back rests was simple and very straightforward. I was doing the assembly alone and it was totally manageable. The couch itself seems to be made of quality materials and is soft and comfortable to sit on.

I searched for months for the perfect sofa for our family. We are sharing our bedroom with the living room so the kids can have their own spaces, so I needed something small, but big enough for all of us to sit on. I also wanted it to look pretty, and be cozy. I think……actually I know, that I’ve found the couch that checks all the boxes. For starters, it got here quickly. Even faster than advertised. The boxes were heavy, we had to get them up a flight of stairs. But once we got them in, everything was very simple to put together. It took us under an hour to have it all ready to go. We waited a good day and a half to sit on it so it could puff up. It was hard to wait that long, because the fabric was velvety soft, and it looked so inviting. Once it puffed up all the way, it looked pretty nice, and we sat and laid several different ways while watching TV after work, to try it out. I love that you can arrange this sofa in several different ways to fit your space. Being someone who likes to redecorate and rearrange things often, this was something I wanted in a large piece of furniture. The sofa fits all four of us very comfortably. We like to grab our favorite blankets and lounge to watch a movie. I like that you can purchase another ottoman separately, and I think that is what we will do. And maybe get the arm chair in the future in case we have guests. Also, reviews have mentioned that it’s low to the ground. It is kind of low, but not abnormally low, and I don’t feel that we need to purchase taller legs like others have. I love the color! I purchased the beige, and it’s a light, creamy white. People think I’m nuts for getting a white couch with kids. The fact that this sofa has removable covers was very important to me. I need to be able to wash it. There’s one small thing that I don’t really like, and you can see from my photos, that the back doesn’t look right. It’s like the fabric that is supposed to cover the cracks is saggy. Nothing a few safety pins won’t fix I guess. It’s on the back of the sofa, which is against the wall in most homes. I still think this sofa is well deserving of 5 stars. Overall, I feel this is an excellent choice for my family. It’s soft, comfortable, versatile, and very affordable. Just buy it!
