UPDATE-It’s been more than a year since I purchased this sofa. I change things often in my home. I took the center of the sofa and the ottoman and use it as a lounge chair in my bedroom. The sofa is still long enough to lay comfortably while watching a movie. I also washed the seat and pillow covers today. They came out beautifully. Just make sure to zip everything before washing or you will get all the fraying from the seams inside the covers and it will be difficult to zip cushions back in. Still comfortable and still in good condition after a year. I researched for weeks for the perfect sofa for a reasonable price. The reviews for this sofa were mostly good. And honestly, unless someone that gave it a bad review had an absolute, total dud, there really isn’t one bad thing that you can say about this sofa. Unless you don’t like a low sofa. I did buy 4 inch legs. It seems to be a great height with the 4 inch legs. I like to be able to tuck my board games under the sofa. I bought two 8 packs of the black plastic legs for $27 each. Once the sofa was built, you couldn’t tell whether the legs were plastic or wood, and it was more cost-effective to buy the plastic. The base of the sofa is wood and springs which I showed in a photo. I also took a photo of the cushion before I released the vacuum seal to show all the coils in the seating. These photos are from only a couple of hours after receiving my boxes. I did get all three boxes at the same time which was a nice surprise. I’m sitting on my sofa now as I write this review and it is so extremely comfortable. It does say wait 24 to 48 hours for the cushions to expand fully, but they are very comfortable right out of the box. One of the reasons I took so long to decide on this sofa was because I wasn’t sure of corduroy material. I am so glad I went with this because the material is thick, soft and feels like it will hold up for a long time. The sellers are also very quick to reply to any problem. I ordered the sofa and canceled it, which I really didn’t mean to do. So I had to contact them and the problem was with me, but they were very gracious and patient with me. From the time the FedEx man came and the time I sat down to write my review was 2 1/2 hours. Assembly was smooth. EVERY. SINGLE. HOLE. Lined up perfectly! If you are looking for a good quality sofa for a good price, this is the one! It feels way more solid and more comfortable than an IKEA sofa that I bought for $1200 a while back. Also, if you look in the photo with the legs, you can see the slim sofa table I go to go behind it. It works perfectly and I have a place to set my coffee and plug in my phone. Being I have my sofa against a window, the table is the perfect width so that my drapes hang nicely. I almost forgot, all the cushion covers can be removed to be washed. They have a nice, sturdy solid zipper that is hidden. PS… one of the reviews said they were not ready for their delivery and it came much sooner than expected. Mine came FedEx and I get notifications from FedEx so I knew within a couple of hours when I would receive my boxes. So if you want to know within hours of when you will get your packages, it would be a good idea to sign up for FedEx notifications. One Month Update…Still love the sofa! The cushions plumped a little more. I sit in the same corner of the sofa every day, so I rotated the cushions every two weeks. Probably a little excessive, but I want the sofa cushion to wear evenly. It is wide and long, I am about 5’9 and have never fit comfortably on a couch laying down, but this couch gives enough room and some. It was not difficult to put together at all. I searched online for months trying to find a couch that would fit my living room, be versatile and affordable. That's what led me to this particular sectional. After reading the reviews, measuring the areas I had available, compared to the different sizes this company offered, I believe I found my perfect match. Que the shipping part: I rent my apartment, live on the second floor and have a rear entrance as well. That makes changing anything in our apartment very tricky.. I have to ensure I'm home if I order anything larger than 50lbs or need help getting an item into this place. Luckily I have a sibling that can do the heavy lifting. Otherwise, I'd suggest asking someone you know for help as this particular item comes shipped separately in three different boxes. All different sizes and weight. If you buy a larger model, more boxes. You get the point. First thing I noticed when I received the first box was that they left it at my neighbor's entrance. At the front of the house. Since it was during the day and delivered by FedEx I called them and was able to ensure the following boxes were delivered to my address and not the neighbors. Last thing we wanted or needed was someone taking our couch. Opening the first box I thought, "Oh no, I think they sent the beige set instead of the light grey." Since I was home with nothing to do, I put the first piece together. I think I fell in love, immediately. The color was gorgeous 😍 I didn't care what color it was, I loved it and couldn't get over how high end just one piece looked. The quality was exceptional and surpassed my expectations. I believe the second box arrived either the next day or the day after. I set up the second box immediately and fell in love all over again. I ordered the higher legs immediately for this couch and trust me, if you're over 5'2", you'll want to do the same. It makes the couch look like you paid a lot more for it and it's a game changer for sure. We didn't run into any problems until our third box didn't arrive and trying to track it was cumbersome. I reached out to the company and after reading the one star reviews, I became concerned. It turns out, the box with the side ams is shipped using a different company and not FedEx. Que the shipping from h3ll disaster.. At first I felt like I was getting the run around, I had three different emails from three different people and it appeared as if no one read the previous email. I had to repeat myself several times and started to get frustrated. I had this brand new couch that I loved yet it wasn't complete. I started to order pillows, pillow cases. You name it, I tried it. All to make my gorgeous new couch livable and enjoyable as well. I went back to the reviews and after reading a few, I decided to separate the set. Since I didn't have the side arms, it was easy to do and I really liked the way it looked, too. After over a week of back and forth, the side arms finally arrived and I quickly put them together. If the company didn't cause such an inconvenience, this would be a 5 star review. Regardless of how this sectional got here, I'm very happy with it and now enjoy my living room on a daily basis. Biggest lesson: read the reviews, take measurements and be realistic. This may look like the top dollar couches we see on TV but it's not. I searched for months for the perfect sofa for our family. We are sharing our bedroom with the living room so the kids can have their own spaces, so I needed something small, but big enough for all of us to sit on. I also wanted it to look pretty, and be cozy. I think……actually I know, that I’ve found the couch that checks all the boxes. For starters, it got here quickly. Even faster than advertised. The boxes were heavy, we had to get them up a flight of stairs. But once we got them in, everything was very simple to put together. It took us under an hour to have it all ready to go. We waited a good day and a half to sit on it so it could puff up. It was hard to wait that long, because the fabric was velvety soft, and it looked so inviting. Once it puffed up all the way, it looked pretty nice, and we sat and laid several different ways while watching TV after work, to try it out. I love that you can arrange this sofa in several different ways to fit your space. Being someone who likes to redecorate and rearrange things often, this was something I wanted in a large piece of furniture. The sofa fits all four of us very comfortably. We like to grab our favorite blankets and lounge to watch a movie. I like that you can purchase another ottoman separately, and I think that is what we will do. And maybe get the arm chair in the future in case we have guests. Also, reviews have mentioned that it’s low to the ground. It is kind of low, but not abnormally low, and I don’t feel that we need to purchase taller legs like others have. I love the color! I purchased the beige, and it’s a light, creamy white. People think I’m nuts for getting a white couch with kids. The fact that this sofa has removable covers was very important to me. I need to be able to wash it. There’s one small thing that I don’t really like, and you can see from my photos, that the back doesn’t look right. It’s like the fabric that is supposed to cover the cracks is saggy. Nothing a few safety pins won’t fix I guess. It’s on the back of the sofa, which is against the wall in most homes. I still think this sofa is well deserving of 5 stars. I purchased the 3-seat version with one ottoman in dark green and am very happy with it so far. Assembly was straightforward and took about an hour. The fabric is soft, the couch feels sturdy, and the color looks great in person. The cushions are on the firmer side, but still comfortable. You don't sink into it, but it's deep enough to lounge or stretch out comfortably. I'm 5'9" and find the depth and length perfect. Some reviews mentioned it being low to the ground, but it feels like a standard couch height to me. I originally ordered the larger version and ended up exchanging it due to an issue with Amazon financing, which was frustrating. However, the seller was responsive and helped provide return labels so I could return the larger couch. For the price, I think this is an excellent value. It looks much more expensive than it is, feels well made, and the removable covers were a big selling point for me since I have a toddler and a small dog. Oh my goodness I love this couch! It’s beautiful!! It arrived quickly in 3 boxes. It was packaged well - no issues. Setting it up was easy. All the hardware needed is included. Opening the vacuum sealed pillows is sooo satisfying! It looks great, feels very substantial, and has the perfect mix of firmness and cushy. I will say the back pillows seemed to be lacking a bit. I stuck regular cheap bed pillows behind them for a little more support. You can’t see them but it did elevate the comfort factor. As some others mentioned it is on the lower side, but I don’t find it too low. The size is huge, and the fabric is so soft I just want to pet it all day. ... show more

The short backs take some getting used to, but I do like the look of the couch. You will likely need to place it against a wall due to the low back. Does have to be disassembled during moving as it is quite big. The back cushions are morphing shapes as the couch gets older. I like my couch but it could be better. I like it overall. I agree with everyone else saying to get taller legs, it’s not too short to the ground but it could be taller. Assembly was extremely easy. I have 2 young kids and built it myself within 2 hours while still taking care of them, so it isn’t bad at all. I’m 5’6” and can comfortably lay on the couch and also fit another person sitting up. It’s extremely comfortable. Also, the backrest goes up to my shoulder blades. It’s not too short, could be higher up but it’s not bad ... show more
