I will say that it could use some heavy duty velcro under the cushions to keep them from sliding out since the back pillows to fall into that space. I really love how comfortable this couch is, it's firm. The modular design is a big plus, it’s easy to rearrange and fits perfectly in my space. I like the idea of switching primary pieces once in a whole due to wear. And the removable covers so I can wash and wash the cushions as needed. However, it does sit very low to the ground, so I ended up buying new legs to raise it to a more comfortable height. My other issue is the backrest, it’s shorter than expected, and the included pillows don’t provide much support. I have neck pain and I can't get the support I need from this couch. I find myself needing to add several of my own pillows just to sit comfortably for longer periods. Overall, it’s a cozy and stylish couch once adjusted, but be prepared to make a few tweaks if you like more height or better back support. ... show more

Product arrived with incorrect parts, so it’s impossible to actually set up the couch. The base of the sofa has holes that are supposed to match up with the holes in the arm board. However, these holes are misaligned, so One would have to permanently drill them together additionally, the back of the sofa is very low once put together, and it provides very little support for the back the cushions are not large enough to provide comfort altogether the quality of this couch is poor when I reached out to customer service this seller offered me $50, when I wanted a refund/to return the item. I tried to get their help with a return and they refused to provide instructions on how to return the item and told me it would cost $200 to send it back when the issue was with the product itself. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE this couch! I was honestly really skeptical at first — I’d never ordered a couch from Amazon before and was worried the quality wouldn’t be great — but this sofa completely exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly comfortable, much bigger than I anticipated, and has such a beautiful, classy look. It easily fits six people comfortably, but we’ve already hosted a few gatherings and managed to fit eight or more when using the ottomans! (I know this probably sounds like I’m getting paid to write this review, but I promise I’m not — it’s just that good!) If you’re on the fence, go for it. You won’t regret it. The only small downside is that the back of the couch is a bit low, so if you don’t have it against a wall like I do, that might be something to consider. Also, note that it ships in four separate boxes, and it took about two weeks for all of mine to arrive. Don’t panic if only a few boxes show up at first — the rest should follow within a few days. ... show more
