These work great! They are not hot and with a breeze, it cools you down. It holds up well and does not slip down the arm. Hand wash mine after every use to prevent sweat stains. Picture shows my tanned hands vs my arm protected by sparms. :)

This is my first sleeve purchase. I love these so far. I bought them for golf. They stay up around my biceps very well. I'm a 6 foot, 190 lb male. Bought size large. They feel fairly cool on a hot day and the sleeves don't restrict shoulder turn during the swing, an advantage over an additional long sleeve shirt under a short sleeve shirt.
