    • Great couch!

I love this couch! It’s cozy it’s supportive the seats go back far so I did add couch pillows for when I want more support on my back I do wish the back rest was taller, but it isn’t a problem. It’s a lot larger than I was expecting which I do like. The boxes came faster than it said it would and the building process was super easy! It does look like it sits low at first but it is a normal couch height to me (I’m 5’7”) once you add the cushions. I’m just very impressed with it and I would say the price matches the quality. I did add a blanket to cover the couch from my dog since I got the white, but I have washed a few pillows that he got dirty and it washed wonderfully. 10/10 ... show more

    • great quality for a great price!

absolutely love it!! shipping was SO fast, came in just a few days. it was fairly simple to put together, about an hour with two people. i love that the cushions are so thick & fluffy but also pretty firm if that makes sense. the only odd thing was that 3 of my 4 boxes were shipped with UPS and 1 with USPS. i couldn’t find the tracking number for one of my boxes so i reached out to customer support. they were so quick with a response and super helpful! i have been looking for a new couch for months and i’m so glad i decided on this one. the ottomans are easy to slide around to adjust and i am loving it! such great quality and for an amazing price. some people say it’s pretty short but i’m also pretty short (5’2”) and it’s perfect height for me! ... show more

    • Beautiful Modern Sofa — Great Value (But Plan for a Group Lift!)

I purchased this sofa back in September, and after several months of daily use, I can safely say I absolutely love it. It has a very sleek, modern aesthetic, and literally every person who comes over compliments it. For the price, it is an incredibly good buy. Here is my honest breakdown of the pros, the quirks, and how to keep it looking great: The Pros: Shipping & Turnaround: Because it ships in separate boxes, the delivery turnaround time was incredibly fast. Easy Assembly: Putting it together was very straightforward and didn't require any rocket science. Overall Quality: Months later, the quality is holding up beautifully and it feels worth every penny. Optional Pro Moves for Longevity: If you are worried about the quality for the price and want this couch to last a really long time, protecting it early is a pro move. You don't have to do these things, but if this is the way you move, here are a couple of preventative suggestions before any damage happens: Couch Boards: Drop some couch boards underneath the cushions. It completely reinforces the base and limits any potential damage from people heavily plopping down on it. Sofa / Cushion Covers: If you buy this couch in a lighter color, consider throwing on some third-party sofa or cushion covers. Because the factory back pillowcases have zero stretch and are a total wrestling match to get on and off, adding an extra cover saves you from having to wash the main ones over and over again. Things to Keep in Mind: The Pillow & Armrest Situation: The side cushions where the arms go are way too small. Honestly, without the pillows on it, the couch doesn't look nearly as robust as it does in the product images. You absolutely need the pillows to elevate the look of the couch and give it that full, high-end feel. The Delivery Workout: While the boxed packaging makes delivery fast, those boxes are extremely heavy. If you have to carry them up stairs alone like I did, prepare for a serious workout. There is also a mountain of packaging to dispose of. Connecting Mechanisms: I am not a huge fan of the hardware used to keep the couch segments together. It relies on tiny screws at the bottom. If you try to slide or move the couch, you’ll put a lot of strain on them. This is definitely a group lift and a group move—do not try to drag it alone. The Back Frame: The back can feel a little flimsy if you're rough with it, so we are just extra careful not to be too aggressive with the furniture. My Feedback for the Manufacturer: Either resize and make nicer, bigger pillows for both the back and the sides, or at least allow customers to purchase extra cushions separately. Having the option to buy extra cushions would be incredibly helpful for elevating the look and future-proofing the couch. Final Verdict: Despite the minor hardware quirks and the small side pillows, I would highly recommend this couch. It looks amazing, feels great, and you honestly can't beat it for the price point—especially if you throw in a couple of preventative hacks to keep it fresh. ... show more

Loveeeeee my couch . Only thing is if you get the white I would suggest you buy a steamer. It doesn’t get dirty easy but just to keep up with the color . Overall 10/10

Loved the couch, however I only received 2 couches and the left and right arm rest. I ordered the U sectional couch. I am missing 2 singular sofas and 2 ottomans, (box 2 x2)

Modularized the cra* out of this to make it a perfect fit. It takes a bit of time to break in before it's comfortable; I wouldn't say it the CLOUD-like comfort you are expecting. I had an expensive true cloud couch, and this one, well, let's factor in the price and be happy. All in all great purchase for my needs! ... show more
