I was hesitant to order a couch online that I could not sit on, I do not like stiff couches! After reading other reviews I figured why not. This couch exceeded my expectations, it’s comfortable and soft! I would describe it as a “cloud couch dupe” it took little to no time to put together. Came in 4 boxes, three came on a Friday, the last came on a Saturday. I do agree with other reviewers that say the package came early, as the couch said arrival between Monday - Wednesday and came Friday the week before it’s expected delivery. This couch would definitely be considered low profile, it’s only about 3-4 inches off the ground. The back on the couch is not high (which I expected for a sectional) comes to shoulder blade height. Arms and back of the couch without the cushions are about 1-2 inch in width(as you can see in the photo). Again, couldn’t recommend this couch enough and I would order again. I absolutely LOVE this couch! I ordered it because I was looking for a bigger couch and needed more seating in our living room. I was hesitant because I’ve ordered furniture on Amazon before and it felt cheap, but the reviews were good. I came in 2 separate orders, 3/4 boxes were delivered the day after I ordered it, and the last box was delivered about a week later, still before the estimated delivery date. I did reach out to the seller for the tracking number to the last box and they responded by the next day. I see a lot of people say that the legs were too short, but I felt they were perfect height. The cushions definitely needed to fluff for about 24-48hrs. It was easy to put together and I did it by myself, it took about 2-3hrs for me to do alone. I’ve had it about a month and I LOVE it. It feels sturdy and the cushions are firm but very comfy. 10/10 recommend for the price, and it’s huge. I’m 5’8” and my fiancé is 6’3” and we are both able to lay on it to nap with room for our dog! You need this couch! Just be patient with the shipping, but all the boxes will come by the estimated delivery date. ... show more

I’ve take a star off for a couple reasons. This ships in 4 boxes. For some reason they shipped the main part of the couch with FedEx and the other part with Amazon. So, it came at separate times and it just doesn’t seem logical to not ship it together. Then you’re stuck with parts of the couch and you only get one tracking number. The couch sits very low. I measured my old couch to compare with this one and the height seemed to match but this couch just has the smallest legs and it is low to the ground. I reached out to customer support to see if they offered longer legs but was told they don’t. I purchased 6 inches legs and it’s a game changer. They really need to change their couch legs out. If you read other reviews many say the same thing, clearly the legs are too short. It did take a few days for the couch to fully expand but it’s very comfortable. It feels pretty solid and it does look very nice. It was easy to put together. It does have a lower back but most modern couches seem to have the same thing. Overall, for the price it’s a great deal. To the manufacturers: just switch out the legs instead of forcing people to spend an additional amount to replace them! ... show more

So far I absolutely love this couch. I just put it together and only sat on it for a half hour, but it’s very comfortable and super soft. Putting it together is pretty simple and straight forward, just takes time. Definitely recommend 2 people. It’s pretty low to the ground so at some point I will be purchasing taller legs, but for now it’s just fine. My only issue with this was the shipping. It took 3 weeks to get the whole sofa when it said 4 days, and part of it was lost. But I would never deduct a star because the ratings are for the product, not FedEx losing sections of my couch. Amazon sent me tracking info but that was just for one piece of the couch. There were 4. So when one showed up it said the couch was “delivered” but I was still waiting on 3 other pieces and had no way of tracking where they were or when I’d receive them. I reached out to the seller and they responded in a timely manner and sent me all the other tracking numbers and informed me a piece was lost and they would be sending me a replacement. I was definitely worried I wouldn’t get all the pieces and would have to return what I had, but I finally received them all. So I did have a good experience with the seller and the customer service as well, thankfully. Overall, I would recommend this sofa if you are looking for something budget friendly that is also good quality, comfortable, and nice looking. I never purchase anything with so little reviews, so this was a huge risk for me, but I’m glad I took it! Very pleasantly surprised and happy with it! ... show more

This item looks great in the picture but once you put it together it’s very uncomfortable and the back support is lacking. When trying to return this item the company will make it very very difficult for you to receive your refund and they will insist that you pay to return the couch.

Great couch for a great price. I really like the flexibility of how you can organize your pieces. Easy to put together too, just takes a little bit of time. I saw in another review the backs didnt attach correctly and they needed to get a handyman- the legs for the backs insert into the sitting base, then you screws through. Look for thr small cutouts in the black fabric. Definitely took me a minute to figure this out since thr directions weren't clear. Would buy this again without hesitation! ... show more

I’m really happy with this couch! It took me about 2 hrs to build it (alone) and is pretty comfortable! The only reason I took off a star is because the back cushions definitely aren’t soft enough. They’re very hard and flat. I read a review on here that someone bought a full sized mattress topper and cut it to fit the size of each piece. I’m going to give that a go and hope it helps! Otherwise the material is really soft and like I said the couch is comfy! ... show more
