I’ve been carrying the Rovyvon E60 and it’s a great light for everyday carry if you want everything in a small package. I use it for building inspections, checking for leaks and other normal everyday tasks. It has proven to be extremely useful. I highly recommend it. Pros: Very good fit and finish. It seems sturdy and well built. Very good output for its size. 1500 lumens on turbo and lower well spaces settings. Very good sized battery for its size at 2000 mah. The green laser is very bright and has a high and a low. I love this when inspecting buildings and pointing out issues. Very bright UV setting useful for detecting coolant leaks and possible animal droppings. Red sidelight that has two red light brightness settings that are actually useful. It also has two blinking settings that are good for clipping to a belt while moving or as a signal. A high CRI sidelight with three levels that’s good to set on a desk or use in a tent. An easy to use physical lockout for the main light. A pocket clip that can be used on the brim of a cap. Cons The E60 has a side UV light as well as the very bright front UV light. This seems redundant to me and an amber or green light would have worked better there. Non-user replaceable batteries. The physical lockout only locks out the main lights not the sidelights or the main UV and laser. It should lock everything out. Overall it consider this one a winner. Very well done lighting tool that will be a great addition to an every day carry for anyone who uses its special features. The light is a little expensive but is in line with prices for other high quality lights. I highly recommend it, especially if you can get it at a discount from the $89 price. ... show more

Great purchase. Quality build. Color makes it easier to spot in a dark room without it being too flashy. It has a mixed spot and flood light. Throw is really good on max at 150meters or a block away. Turbo lasts for 10sec only at 1800lumens then drops to about 1000 to 1400. Gets hot fast at that setting. Only big gripe would be turbo cannot be activated while using its normal light levels of 60-800 lumens. You have to turn it off then hold the button for turbo which doesnt make sense practically. Youre sitting there clicking off and on, but on that point you can use the side warm/yellow light as the main and then use the turbo when needed, but the side light is only a flood and the plastic cover lens gets really hot on its 200lumen high setting. Wish you could use the normal light levels and then turbo when needed. 800lumens on high is enough but wish manufacturers would make lights with less light levels. 60, 200, 800 lumens is too many practically. Leave the light on 200lumens. Most people use 200 as its a good middleground, but if youre using 60 lumens might as well use the eco mode 10lumens. Wish the eco mode was a lower but 10lumens is ok, less than 5 lumens would be perfect. Has side lights that the new nitecore edc17 doesnt have, but the edc17 is more rugged and a better eco mode of 1lumen. Edc17 has a ipx7 versus ip67 on this one. O-light arkveld is the worst option. Really easy to use. This one has a hammer fist grip which i think is the best grip style, while the edc17 has a traditional flashlight hold. All three are the size of a dinner utensil so it fits in the pocket and hand well. Functionality is the best of all three lights. Clip on it is really stiff and thick metal so you wont worry about it coming loose. You would need two hands to clip it to a shirt but a rugged belt or jean pocket works fine for clipping one handed. Indicator level is odd as its set for 100-60 at 4 blue pips, 60-40 at 3, 40-20 at 2, 20-5 at 1, and 1 red pip at less than 4%. Why not go blue pips every 25% and red pip at less than 4%, i dont know? Maybe they couldnt. Runtimes are great, but not as good as the edc17 for certain lumen levels. Good for any activity from walking your dog, biking, or something work related. Does it replace a good headlamp and dedicated spotlight combo? No. Is it a good emergency light? Kinda. Is it a gimmicky light with whitelight/red/uv side lights, flood/spotlight, 3watt uv, and a 3r laser? Absolutely. But, I think this is the best overrall and all-rounder versus competitors. ... show more

What can I say, this is an incredibly built flashlight. I love the overall form factor, it fits comfortably in the hand and buttons are easily recognizable from each other. I have collected many other flashlights with similar aesthetics including Olight Arcfield and the Wurkkos HD01 and Pro version. Overall, this is the one that feels the most durable. I really enjoy that you have both throw lights and 90° floodlights of both the white and UV lights. Just like with all of the flashlights on the market with numerous functions, you have to learn what button combination does what, but this one is fairly intuitive. It is a bit big for an EDC, but I do believe that the other above-mentioned ones are also a bit big to causally wear unless you are actually using it daily, particularly for a job. The one feature that it is missing though, it a magnet on the back, and ultimately that has been keeping me reaching for the Wurkkos HD01Pro more often in the real world. If they are somehow able to incorporate a magnet to help it sit up then it would be the best flashlight in the business. This is an all-around good light. The clip is secured on the side of the flashlight. It wears well on your belt. The light is bright and the modes are functional. The only downside is that the UV light gets the unit extremely hot. The laser is very bright and has two brightness levels. The battery life is very good. I use this light during ambulance transport. I own multiple RovyVon flashlights but this one is my favorite. The perfect form factor, function and quality. The light is very bright, exceeding my expectations. Having the laser and higher output UV are great compared to my E90. The only thing its missing is a magnetic clip or tail.
