Well I set it up in the window and the fan wouldn’t spin because it was hitting the fan shroud! So I figured out one of the screws fell off the motor mount and rolling around on the bottom of the unit I was able to return the screw to its original location and tighten it! The unit works perfectly and extremely well!! Super happy with the unit and it’s keeping us very cool! I have a Rovsun Chest freezer that is amazing also! Highly recommended and I give it 10* stars! I have had this unit for a few weeks now and so far it is a GREAT AC unit! The APP works great as well. I can operate all the controls remotely from anywhere. I live in a 650 square foot mobile home in the SUN! I am gone most of the day and I turn the unit on 15 minutes before I get home putting the settings on 76 degrees and ECO. When I get home it is at temp and unit hardly runs to keep it at temp. I could have probably went with the 10,000 btu unit but I got the 12,000btu unit. The noise level is not bad at all. You hear mostly the wind and not the fan. I'm sure this is going to be economical because the compressor hardly has to cycle. Look at the energy usage in the pic above. I will update as the summer heat arrives. I hope to get some years out of this AC. ... show more

i used a 12,000 BTU portable ac but when i moved to this apartment i was told it wasn't aloud so bought the 12,000 btu window unit and wow does it get this place cold its way better then my portable ac ever could have been super happy with it i actually find myself turning it off often because it gets to cold and id rather it be to cold when its 100 out then have an ac struggle and barley drop it by 3 degrees like my old portable was ... show more

I really didn’t want to write this, but I’m hoping this pushes the company to actually help me. The AC arrived and has never worked, it hums, but no air comes out at all. Not hot, not cold… absolutely nothing. I followed all instructions, let it sit upright before use, set it to cooling mode at 63 degrees in a 90-degree room. Still nothing. I reached out to the company and instead of offering a clear fix or replacement, I keep getting vague, repetitive questions and long delays in their replies. I’ve done everything on my end. I don’t need more troubleshooting. I need a working AC. It’s 90 degrees in my apartment and this isn’t a small inconvenience especially with the expensive shipping. If you’re reading this trying to decide whether to buy, please be cautious. The product may be defective, and the customer service hasn’t been helpful so far. That said, I’d really prefer a working unit, not a refund. I’m hoping the company sees this and finally gets me a replacement. Please make this right! ... show more
