Received today. Love it 1. putting the legs on is only slightly cumbersome. 2. It's very lightweight, not quite 14 pounds. 3. The cord is 6 feet. 4. There were no cracks, etc 5. It's very quiet. 6. The fan works well and the heat comes right through 7. It's not hot to touch 8. It closes up with a magnet 9. The 'flames' don't crackle but they do look way more realistic than old models 10. It looks almost exactly like our large woodstove 11. It doesn't have the "smell" of alcohol or other electric units 12. It has a thermostat that will turn on and off quietly, depending on the setting but keeps the flame going. *Our real woodstove puts out so much heat no matter how we vent it (always has, I'm almost 70 using wood stoves so it's not human error) *my husband and I are disabled so to have this removes the requirement of having to go out to get wood yet have the comfort and look of a stove unless the electricity goes out. In which case we have the option of using our outside generator to keep this going. We are not disappointed.

I had an old Honeywell that lost function of temperature control which made it dangerous. This heater is over the top fantastic in its appearance, price, functionality. My he-shed has never been so comfortable and the ambience this adds is just incredible! It's also an extremely safe option.

I originally bought this heater for my birds in the garage for winter because thier other one is dying. First thing you need to do once you get it out of the package it screw is legs on. I found that even though the legs come in pains on separate sides on the package, they don't necessarily fit that way. Take a leg and trying fitting it in each spot. Play around with it. You have to screw 3 screws into each leg which can be a challenge. I suggest having a screwdriver that is magnetic and pressing down when screwing in. The heat is really good. Nice and cozy warm. 😊

Great for small spaces! I bought this for my primarily-enclosed front porch (though keeping it outdoors isn't recommended, I cover it when it's not in use). It certainly helps to take out the chill when I'm out there at night, and it's aesthetically pleasing. For the money, it's quite nice looking and the fire/flame aspect is fairly realistic! I knocked off a star for the stove due to the cheapo legs. They're lightweight plastic and the unit comes with ridiculously short screws that are difficult to handle (I don't have man hands, either). The key to ease of assembly is dropping the tiny screws into the legs before you attach them to the base. The unit has remained standing thus far, but I doubt that it would do well being moved around a lot. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase thus far and it's a pretty and useful addition to my front porch.

Wow! This ROVSUN electric fireplace stove exceeded all my expectations. It's much larger than I anticipated, which is fantastic. And the heat? It's almost instant! I love how the realistic flames are visible from the sides, creating a cozy ambiance throughout the room. I didn't realize this was "no returns". I bought it on sale for Black Friday. Unit arrived, I plugged it in, started working great. I left the room, came back 5 mins later and the heat wasn't running- just the flame display. I tried everything in the little instruction book. The heat won't turn back on. (no, the outlet isn't overloaded, I had more than 2' of room behind and 6' on everything other side. Well ventilated room, nothing touching the unit. ) So it's clearly defective. Seller doesn't respond. BUY A DIFFERENT HEATER!

I received this today and just finished assembling it. It seems pretty straightforward. However, you will need a small child’s hands to screw on the tiny screws into the tiny holes. Due to the legs shapes it’s not easy to insert the tiny screws into the little holes plus you will need a long, thin screw driver that will fit the tiny head of the screw. The shape of the legs along with the heating element square in the center make for a challenging assembly. Idk how men with sausage fingers could ever assemble this without throwing it out the window. That’s why some people complain about it being wobbly because the legs are so difficult to tighten. Anyway, a good tip I found was inserting the screw into the tip of the leg before attaching it to the unit itself. Then line it up with your screwdriver in place on the screw ready to go then attach to unit. That way you’ll get the hardest part out of the way and then you can insert the rest of the screws on the leg.
