I don't write reviews unless I have a strong opinion regarding the item I bought. For me, this is a time and money saver. I live in an apartment that only offers 1 washer/dryer per building. Each building has 4 apartments, so juggling between who is using it can be a time issue. This has given me the flexibility to quickly and thoroughly wash my items. Minimal noise. I leave it running in my bathroom while I'm in the living room (a very short distance), and I can barely hear a thing. So I doubt this would bother my neighbors. There's only 2 things that I didn't enjoy. The opening of the inlet hose to attach to the washer from the sink wasn't large enough for my faucet. It didn't have much lead way to forcefully fit it. So, I must place the washer directly beside my bathtub, and use my handheld shower head attachment to fill it up. 2nd, the spinner is small, to which I knew. So it only can hold about half of a full load of laundry. However, it can be difficult for it to remain stable while spinning when you have towels. I have to adjust the towels a few times during it's spin cycle to avoid the thudding rampage. Other than that, I would recommend this for anyone in an apartment without washer/dryer hook up etc. ... show more

Good little washer. Spins good. Is quiet. Cord is short and tube to fill washer is thin. I don't waste my time I just use a bucket and hand fill from the bathtub facet rather than Wait on it to fill from the tube. . I've had a little over 1 year and the drain pump just went out. Still good would buy again. Also the instruction booklet is a general and didn't make much sense.. but it's pretty self explanatory. "Filter" is non existence. ... show more

After getting a few hand-me-down washing machines that either broke within a month or didn't work at all, we broke down and bought this because we can't afford a full sized washing machine. It was shipped beautifully and the set up could not have been easier! I use it several times a week with a family of 4 (plus animals). It gets our clothes clean EVERY TIME. Also super impressed with the spinner. It brings your clothes from sopping to slightly damp in seconds!! I would absolutely buy this again, it's a great product for the money you spend, and I tell all my friends and family that it's a great product! (They're quite sick of me talking about it, to be honest) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It gets clothes clean, works with all kinds of detergent, and the spinner is surprisingly effective. Clothes come out mostly dry, especially synthetic materials. Cotton takes a bit longer to dry, but if you can get a fan on ‘em or some sun that’ll speed things up. I just put the clean clothes on hangers to dry. I’m usually not in a rush so waiting a few hours is no big deal. The only downside is the overall build quality seems ok-ish - who knows how long it will last. If I can get at least two years out of it I’ll consider it money well spent. ... show more

These are powerful little washers can actually hold a pretty decent amount of clothing. I can wash 2 pairs of my husbands Fire Resistant work clothes in these things and actually have all the dirt, grease, and grime that comes with construction and oil refinery work come out of them with no problem. And let me tell you, those things are not light weight clothes, I've had problems getting them clean in full size washers. That being said... I've bought 4 of these washers from different companies over the past few years and had them last from 1 1/2 years, 8 months, 7 months, and another one that came broken that was not Prime. On this one the motor started having problems just after the 30 day Amazon return mark. These washers are cheap and I expect them to wear after a while, it's still worth it considering the price of the pay per wash here and while they work they work beautifully. On the first I just got another, on the second, third, and fourth I got the insurance and wow was that an experience from hell. The companies would refuse to answer me, refuse to tell me how long their insurance lasted so I could file my claim, refused to talk to Amazon, and the last one tried to get me to pay $200 to send it back even though it came messed up. (Always get Prime) This company though was friendly, quick with responses, asked all the right questions, gave all the right answers, and when I sent them the asked for video of the wash cycle being sluggish they didn't brush me off as expected. They even told me it was a motor issue and all they asked is I cut the cord and send proof that I did and they would send another with no charge. It is set to arrive Thursday, just 2 weeks after first contact with seller. If nothing else I will buy from them again for the great service team. ... show more

I've been living in apartments without a washer and dryer for years now. I've tried making do with the smaller guys; save your time and money. It's not worth the headache. If you don't have a full-size washer/dryer hookup, this machine is the dream. The wash side does a good size load of laundry and could probably do a blanket or two (I haven't tried yet; I don't think the spin dryer could handle a blanket. I'm planning my attack for when the time comes). The machine has a pump (for both the wash and spin side), so you don't have to struggle to make sure all the water is drained. The spin dryer does a fantastic job of getting most of the moisture out of the clothes. It can't take too many clothes at a time, but they only need to spin for a minute, so the process is quick. I take them straight from the spin dryer, onto hangers, and I let them dry from the rails of my canopy bed. I was able to hang two loads of laundry on it this morning, and it was dry by this evening. If you can't have a full-size washer/dryer in your home, I highly recommend this machine. It makes the process so easy and it stores nicely in my closet out of site. I love it; I don't know why I've waited till now to purchase it. ... show more
