I use several (other brands) that I have in a building and I'm going to replace them with this brand because I like this unit so well, I already bought them yesterday. The water holding tank is large. Over 10 gal. I put ice in it and it makes the air super cold. I've used it on a patio for a party, and I have one set up at my chicken coop. The thing is one of the cheapest feeling products I've ever received for this price tag. I'm comparing it directly to a competitor that operates at 1800 CFM. The 1800 CFM model has a much more powerful fan, and better airflow. I requested a return for this product, and I am being asked to pay for the postage. That's insane... this doesn't even meet the guidelines in which they are selling it. Avoid it and go with another brand... you get what you pay for, and for $20-30 more you can get something a lot higher quality that will perform a lot better than this thing. Update: Amazon had to get involved to get the seller to pay for the return. The seller is still refusing to pay, and is grilling me about why I want to return it. Avoid this product, and this seller! Update: They charged me for the shipping by taking it out of my refund. I wasn't told about this, I had to dig into it and find out that way. This is insane.
