We absolutely love this couch, it is firm but comfortable and it has so many different features. The type c ports are great to use for phone charging or laptops. The cup holders are a bit shallow but large and useable and the laptop table is amazing to use for schoolwork, eating, etc. . The back of the couch (backrest) is not flush with the wall because the couch pulls out but it does not seem to be a problem. The pull out portion of the couch is super easy to roll and is the perfect size to lay out. Overall, this couch is a great addition to our household. Seems to be of decent quality. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble. Do yourself a favor and have a cordless screwdriver or drill handy. (If you use cordless, make sure the torque is set low so you don't strip out the food or anything.) Reminded me of putting together Ikea furniture. Instructions were easy to follow. I think as long as you aren't "rough housing" on it, it should last. The fabric is soft and rather comfortable. The multi-angle backrest works well and the arm rest storage is pretty deep. I wish the table had a height adjustment as I'm 6' but it works well enough. The area that folds flat is rather firm but I think it's pretty nice. Not TOO firm but if you like a very soft rest, this isn't for you. I prefer firm so it's perfect for me. I wouldn't want to sleep on it for a couple weeks but, it's in my RV so for excursions, it will be PLENTY good. Overall, I think it's pretty good value for the money. The things that kept it from being 5 stars for me were the table and the ends are VERY hard to line up and seat. (It's 3 tab in slot and you can't see what you're doing) I'd realistically probably give it 4.3 stars. ... show more

Pretty firm. Easy to install, took about 30 mins or so. Super useful if you live in a small home, fits nicely. It fits my bf who is 6’1, has his toes out a little but fits okay for tall people.

Shipped with ups on the 20th did not arive till 8:30 pm on the 24th. Quality material and a sturdy build, however, 3 pages of pictures for intructions and they do not make the assembly very easy for 1 person.

Baught this for the slide in my fifth wheel it fits perfect and looks so nice! Puting it together was a breeze even came with a screw driver! And delivery was 1 day early which was awesome! If your looking for a hassle free couch look no furthure we love ours and its very comfortable!

I'm missing screws on this parts.. That's the only thing That male me give them 1 star. Want me to return it comes and get it. It's heavy, big and won't fit in my car. Can't send just those pieces I need to put the other parts.

We got this as an alternate solution for an office so we could convert it to a bed if we needed. The box came damaged resulting in some markings on the fabric, but Amazon worked with us on that part of it. We opted to keep the product and we are glad we did. It has held up nicely and it's comfortable. My wife uses this at least three times a week and we've had it for it for about 6 months. She loves it! ... show more

I’d give it 10 stars for convenience! However, it is hard! We bought this for the kids toy room and they love it. It’s dark so stains aren’t going to be as noticeable and the fabric is easy to clean. Very easy to pull out, the kids can do it themselves and they love that they can all snuggle up and watch movies. I would definitely purchase again.
