    • 4 missing screws.

According to the directions, this chair is supposed to come with 6 screws and 2 different size tools to screw the screws in. Mine came with 2 screws and no tools to screw them in. I happen to be the kind of person who owns many extra screws and tools so I was able to replace the missing pieces and still make the chair work for my home but it should have come with those pieces in the first place. Once I got it put together it looks great and is comfortable and I am overall happy with it but it is a pain to have to find replacements for screws that should have came with the chair. ... show more

The assembly wasn't the best with some of the screws not the right size, but once you get over that hurdle it is a good looking chair and a great addition to the office.
