This is a great cover with a great fit, security, ease of use. Very small amount of water entered the bed after a heavy rain. One suggestion is to get better drain tubes. The ones provided are flimsy and collapse at a small angle not letting them drain the water that collects in the cover channel. Oh, one other small item. Purchased for my ram 2500 with spray in bed liner. Installation was pretty easy once I read the instructions and watched a couple of Utube videos. I recommend having someone assist for getting it on the truck and lined up on the bed it fairly heavy and awkward. Once lined up and squared its a one person job to install. It looks great and feels solid I have had it only a month but time will tell I am completely satisfied with the quality. ... show more

Pretty good bed cover, it does leak some but I think they all do to some extent and depending on how heavy the rain is. The instructions were pretty clear and installation was straight forward. Too about 20 minutes to install. As long as the tailgate locks, you can't get in unless you force it with a crow bar. Seems to function well. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the Rough Country tonneau cover I received, especially considering its high price point. Several significant issues have made this purchase unsatisfactory: 1. Panel Misalignment: The first and second panels were severely misaligned, requiring forceful manipulation with a rubber mallet, length of string (to ensure proper panel alignment) and a 1x4 to achieve even the slightest weather seal and closure. This indicates poor manufacturing tolerances. 2. Insufficient Weather Seal: As others have reported, the weather seal is approximately six inches too short. This directly contributes to the cover's inability to properly seal against the elements. 3. Significant Leakage: Despite claims, the cover leaks extensively at all panel joints and the bed seal. This aligns with the issue of the undersized weather seal, rendering the cover ineffective in protecting cargo. 4. Unsatisfactory Customer Service: My experience with Rough Country's customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful. After seven email attempts, I was directed to the 1-800 phone line. Michael, the representative, refused to assist, stating that since the purchase was through Amazon, they could not provide support. This contradicts Rough Country's advertised commitment to customer service and created a frustrating loop between your company and Amazon. I am now faced with the decision to either return this $750 product within the 30-day window or attempt to repair it myself. Given the product's poor quality and the lack of support, I strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternative, more reliable manufacturers. I will update this review if any resolution is reached. Followup: 6/29/2025, I was never contacted by Rough Country about my tonneau cover. I’ve, replaced the weather seal at the front of the truck bed with one I was able to purchase from a local hardware store at my own expense. It seems to be working very well so far. If another customer runs into this problem, this seems to be a simple solution. As for the panel alignment issue, I found that there is a “hinge rod or pin” running the length of the panels. If you have a tool for removing rolled pins, this will work to drift the hinge rod into proper alignment. Work slowly to prevent any damage to the panels. As a result of their lack of concern take this as a cautionary warning as to what you may expect from this company. Proceed with caution before buying their expensive products.
