I am brand new to making with Cricut. I needed to craft a project that required circles cut out of felt. From what I read, that was a difficult task, as it would likely damage my cutting mat and there was no guarantee that the cutting tool would handle the felt. I was told that a rotary blade would remove some of the variables, so I started looking for one. Cricut wanted far too much for a tool that I won't be using that much. This tool fit the bill both in design and price. It cut well. It did everything that the name brand tool did but without the name brand cost. There were no adhesions, pulls, snags or tears. One section of the circles did end up a little squared off. I'm guessing that it was going to happen no matter what brand rotary cutter I used given the size of my circles. The flat spot was easily fixed postproduction. I have no idea how this will last over time, but it did allow me to complete my project as envisioned and I'm very pleased with it.

Really happy with this rotary blade! It works perfectly with my Cricut Maker 3 and cuts felt so effortlessly. The cuts come out clean and smooth, and I haven’t had any issues with it at all. Definitely a great replacement blade and a good value for the price.
