This is surprisingly quiet for a hair dryer. More importantly, it actually works. It can take days for my dense straight hair to dry. Not with this. I comb out my wet hair after using a towel. Then I use low heat, medium speed fan, and the comb attachment. The attachment really helps get air INTO my dense hair. Ten minutes later I have dry hair. It actually ends up softer and smoother than when I let it dry naturally. Nice bonus. So far I haven't bothered with the "style" feature. My hair type can't be "styled" with a hair dryer. I need the kind of heat only a flat iron can provide to do that. I just stick to the regular drying options. This Rosily hairdryer isn't heavy either. Its 1 lb 13 oz if you weigh it with the entire cord. Its almost 9.5 inches from the nozzle to the filter end. It seems a little long when the comb is attached, but its not a problem. I just grab it by the nozzle / barrel instead of the handle. That part doesn't get too hot. Will you favorite attachment fit? I don't know. But the outside diameter of the nozzle is 1.83 inches. ******* Edited to add - this hair dryer never gets truly hot. I'm more than satisfied with how fast it dries my thick hair. Just got this today and I LOVE IT!!!! It has some serious blowing power but it's not super loud. More importantly, it is not shrill or screechy. Love where the switches are located and I love that it has the heavy duty round cord, not the flat cord that gets all twisted up after a while. When I first looked at this and bought it I was expecting a black finish but it actually has a midnight blue finish with a little shimmery sparkle to it. Very elegant. This is not a really big hair dryer but it has that professional weight to it. You can tell it's well made. I am very happy with it and would not only recommend it but would definitely purchase it again in the future. As an aside, the box it came in was very nice and the Thank you/Business card enclosed was super elegant and classy. Am very impressed with this company and will look to see if they have other products, such as a quality flat iron. ... show more

This dryer is a great value for the price. It’s well made and dries your hair fast. It’s also the most powerful but yet super quiet dryer I have ever owned. However here is my problem with it; the comb attachment is disappointing because it does not stay on. It has three heat setting, the first one is rather cool, the second one is so hot I can see steam coming out my hair, the third one (I wouldn’t know, haven’t tried it. I am too afraid to burn my hair) The heat level between the settings is not balanced well. The settings go from underwhelming to overwhelming. I have 4c hair and I love my natural hair and with this dryer I have to keep changing the heat setting as I dry for fear of any heat damage. At first I was a bit disappointed with this dryer because I felt it was to powerful and too hot. But I learned how to make it work for my hair and it does a great job every time. ... show more

This is the second time I buy the same blow dryer . The first one lasted me about 5 years which I think is a great deal . And it didn’t even break down but for some reason the high setting ( which is what I always use ) quit working other wise the blow dryer stuck functions ! I tried a couple of other brands before i came back to this because it’s super efficient in straightening my curly hair fast and leaving it frizz free and sleek and shine . It’s not only this hair dryer, it’s most new hairdryers in the market, they blow lukewarm air but the airflow is way too strong they leave my hair brittle. They are more like a leave blower and It feels like your sticking your head out of a fast car window for hours. Wind dry your hair, skin, lips etc. much worse than heat. After a lot of hairdryers frogs, even expensive ones, I’ve fount a $19.99 conair that worked for me ... show more

This hair dryer does a good job. I like that the motor is not high pitched, like cheaper hair driers. Cord is long. Switches sometimes are awkward and I accidentally turn off or change a setting., but minor inconvenience compared to plusses. It's a normal weight hair dryer. Anybody without a disability should be able to use with no problem. My daughter keeps borrowing it because she has a cheap hair dryer and likes this one much better. I'm going to get her one of these for the holidays. My husband likes it, too. ... show more
