This chaise lounge is fabulous! Hands down a top Amazon purchase. Originally found on a high-end site with a much heftier price tag but raving reviews across the board helped me pull the trigger and order. The chaise arrived days ahead of schedule, assembly with the help of my husband took roughly 30mins (hardest part was lining up the holes to bolt together). Parts: 4 legs, 8 bolts; we stored the provided assembly tool in the underside hidden compartment where they placed the legs for shipping, were it can be found in case we ever need to tighten the bolts. What I love is this chaise allows me to sit up, cushion is nice and firm but in no way hard, contour takes pressure off my back and I can relax and read for hours with not the slightest hint of pain. Chaise lounges are rarely in stock at stores, I did run across two in leather that after sitting in them actually found them positioned way too reclined, which would be great for naps but you would have to hold a book up in the air to read it. So I opted for this linen upright chaise and only regret not ordering it sooner: priced w/tax under $300, free s/h, sturdy, easy to assemble, super comfortable and elegant. ... show more

This chais lounge is large, well made and beautiful. It's much better quality than I was expecting and it was delivered in just a few days. I gave it 4 stars because I fell asleep on it for about 4 hours and was in a good amount of pain. It needs a pillow or folded blanket across the bend. I just got this chaise yesterday and I am so please with it! I think it looks fantastic! The stitching and color are perfect. I read in other comments the little roll pillow it comes with is useless and I agree. However, knowing that I had already had pillows of my own to add to it. Without the extra back pillow the chaise is a 4 star in comfort but with the pillow I added I am thrilled with it! It took about 5-10 minutes to put together and it feels well made. ... show more

The product is beautiful: beautiful enough for me to request a replacement rather than just returning the defective chair. Unfortunately, some hardware was missing and some of the pre-drilled holes were drilled incorrectly. Also, the grooves that catch the screws were stripped as well. You can see from the picture how the seat sits uneven from the headrest because the hardware is loose due to the stripping and lack of washers, and where some of the washers will not fit into the pre-drilled holes because they are drilled wrong. I'm bummed! I was hoping to have a usable chaise for family during Thanksgiving, but this one is not a stable enough to allow that. Hopefully the new one is better! Also, it's super simple to put together and clear instructions were provided. ... show more
