Easy to use, just switch on and press button. That means too easy for children too. LED battery indicator lights are a plus. No idea how long it should take to charge but when down to one light it quickly charges to 5 lights in less than 45 minutes. I’ve tried other usb cables and it’s the same each time. However “lighter can provides over 600 uses on a full charge” is a huge exaggeration unless mine are the exception. Maybe it’s an ideal and based on taking a second to light a wick. In reality that doesn’t happen. We counted because the use seemed shorter than that between charges—we’ve gotten about 250 before it needs to be charged. Certainly enough and in no way a deal breaker. The good: -Slim profile plasma lighter -Easy to use -Fast charge time -Battery indicator lights -Cap -Comes with usb charging cable -Easy connect with USB port on bottom What could be improved: -A safety switch/lock—you can easily accidentally light it. You don’t want this around children -Better battery life—More uses between charges -A pouch to store and carry it around -A longer charging cable. It’s only 7 inches end to end

I bought this to get away from butane and other fluid lighters that crap out too quickly. My wife will primarily use this to light candles. It works well and is long and flexible enough to reach 6-8 inches into a candle holder. This lighter works very well. Also, it will ignite paper which is a big plus as I will be able to use this to lite my fire pit. It is very easy to use and love that it can be recharged. I did read some issues on the durability of the battery. Over time I will find out, but for now, I recommend this product and seller

Beautifully and thoughtlly constructed. So easy to use! Previously struggled with disposable lighters, straining my thumbs to hold down safety tab. This lighter is so easy. Switch it on, press the button gently when ready. The bendable neck makes it so easy. You do need to keep the tips clean from soot. So wipe them immediately after use with a kitchen towel. Don't forget to switch off before putting away! I definitely recommend this lighter!!

These are great lighters. I love how easy it is to light a candle, etc, with the bendable aspect. However, they have a very short life on how many times they can be recharged. In the set of two that I had, I used one a total of about 10 times, and the other about 15 times. The first one was charged initially, and then after suddenly dying when just sitting on my desk, wouldn't charge again. The 2nd was kept charged most of the time, except when in use. But it died in under a week. The worst part is that it's not really clear when they die. You can charge them, but there's no real indicator that it's charging. Mine, that sat on my desk, I charged for a day. It went to 3 bars. I pressed the button once, and it was at 2 bars. Pressed it again, and it was at 1 bar. Then it's dead. Excellent lighters, but worthless with the trash batteries included.
