    • Great printer once you remove the viruses from the install USB
I needed a printer for a custom application. Getting this one setup and working was very easy. My only complaint (mentioned by at least one other) is that the USB drive that holds the drivers had a couple of viruses on it. Make sure you scan the drive before launching anything!

It works good with our pos, no problem with win7 installation, pretty straightforward. A big plus is that has all the ports(USB, serial, Ethernet, except wireless) that you need. Compare the the well know brand Eps0n, can't tell difference on the quality, is a steal with this price.

    • It came with not instructions how to setup or install. Not even a install CD
took several hours to find out how to set it up and install the drivers and printer. Not sure if done correctly until software company links it to my pos software.

The details said that it is iPad compatible, my iPad will not connect to it. I was going to use it for business receipts. By the time I got it hook it up for use, it was two days past the return date.
