To be fair for the price this is well built. Works fine and was easy to setup almost without the instructions. But let's be honest, this will not protect your money or valuables against theft. After all it's really small what's to keep someone from just carrying it away and smashing it open later? But if you want something to hide a little cash, keep things out of the hands of children then this is nice. The push button code on the door works great as did the keys that came with it. There is a fireproof container for money too. How fireproof I don't know. The inside is very small not big enough for documents if that is what you are needing. But for some extra cash, jewelry, or small items to hide in the closet somewhere this is nice. I do like it a lot, I'm just saying don't expect it to be theft proof you can't bolt it to the wall or anything. But no one could get in it quickly if they found it. I got it mainly for a piggie bank to hide in the closet. For that it's working great.

Rated 4.9 but of course there’s no way to do that. (A carrying handle would have been nice.) But I get it. Easy set up. Good for the price. Fire proof envelope included no extra charge. Easy reset. Two keys. Not very heavy. Seems a reasonable weight. Slightly smaller than an old school square lunch box. Good for small items. Passports, jewelry, coins, cash, credit cards, keys, Small firearms, handcuffs, ammo. Things like that. I’ll keep it.

I bought this safe a while back and have been pleased with it. Key and keypad work well it's nice to have both. Comes with a Fireproof Envelope that increases it's value for protecting cash or documents. It is a little on the small side so I wouldn't recommend fit large legal documents that you can't fold. Great for car titles, birth certificates, etc. I haven't tested it for fire or water, but the seal seems tight and overall sturdy. It is also light weight.

When I tell you that this safe is REALLY nice, it may be an understatement. It is near perfection, EXACTLY what I wanted. It came packed as well as I have seen and not a scratch on it..... ***BUT***...... I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK!!!! It is suppose to come with - 1. "(2)" FIRE PROOF safety document sachets?? 2. 4 batteries (for the locking mechanism)?? 3. 4 bolts to mount the safe?? 4. **(2) KEYS to open the safe?? This was a Christmas gift to my young Nephew in college. He needed a safe.. As it sits it is totally useless.. A Safe with no keys, no batteries or anyway to open it, Not great. Someone dropped the ball REALLY bad. I now have to send this Safe back. This Safe arrived on time and packed PERFECTLY but what good is all that effort if I can't open it. Such a shame to see that whomever packed this Safe really did an amazing job but unfortunately with no way of opening it and without the 2 fireproof bags, it may as well be a boat anchor. I am so sooo THANKFUL that Amazon has the best return/refund policy in the world. I really hope to UPDATE this review once I hear from the Safe company (Artisec) with some good news because this is a PERFECT safe. Stand by.... ****UPDATE****: As you see I had an issue with my Safe and not even 2hrs went by and Lisa from Customer Service reached out to me to remedy the situation. They will be sending me a new Safe. Now that is INCREDIBLE customer Service.. THANK YOU ARTISEC and THANK YOU LISA!!! 🙏🏻 I just had a feeling by he way this Safe was packed and the care it took to send out a beautiful product that this company would stand by there reputation. The product is advertised as being fireproof and waterproof. The door is so loose, I cannot imagine that water wouldn't intrude. Hopefully, I'll never have to find out. But as a precaution, I placed documents inside a plastic bag.
