4 stars on the product, 0 stars on the packaging. The product was undamaged, don't know how. Amazon needs to step up their game with the packaging. USPS had to tape the box up, the tape that Amazon used was barely sealing the box shut. And for gosh sakes, use a box that is close to the size of the item! It was a heavy item and a few sheets of packing paper did not keep it from sliding all over the box. Please Amazon, monitor or do some quality assurance with the packaging. ... show more

About these for my grandson. He dropped one and a little tiny piece fell off of the buckle part. My daughter called the roller derby people who are mailing him that little tiny piece that he needs in order to use his skates.
