Other than the Dyson name and logo, this appears to be the same as the pet it replaces. It works well and appears to be identical in its construction and function. While I prefer OEM, there’s a vast price differences and this seems to work just fine!

It feels more powerful, has a better catch in the back; I don't have litter flying back at me when I vacuum on the hardfloor. Feels more sturdy hitting the grout cracks on 12 inch tile floor.

It suctions dust and dirt very well just like the original did. I got it mainly for my carpet and only sometimes use it on wooden floor. Works great and picks up everything. I’m more than happy with this buy.
