This bed looks amazing once it’s set up and has a lot of great features. The directions were clear, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. I love the bookshelf-style headboard and the charging ports, super convenient. The extra parts bag was a nice touch too! That said, this bed is very heavy. I hired movers to carry it up to my apartment and even they had to take it out of the box and bring it up piece by piece. The shipping box was badly damaged, but thankfully the bed itself was packed well and nothing was broken. A few small complaints: • The pull-out drawers are a bit flimsy when not connected and can tip forward if not filled. • I wish the LED lights were pre-attached like on other Rolanstar furniture. • You can control the lights with a button or app, but I really wish it came with a remote. Still, for the price (especially on sale), it’s a beautiful and practical piece. I’d definitely recommend it — just be prepared for the weight and a little DIY effort.

I purchased this for my teenage son as an 'upgrade' for his room and it did not disappoint. The bed was very easy to put together and is excellent quality. The color looks great and it offers enough support for him to sleep comfortably. The drawers in the base and shelves are excellent storage as well. We opted not to use the LED feature and it didnt take away from the look at all.

This bed comes in a large box that weighs over 100 pounds and is full of individual parts. There are large parts, medium sized parts and oh so many small parts. Don't let the amount of parts intimidate you though. There is a well written and well illustrated instruction manual. The manual has 38 pages of instructions. Don't let that intimidate you as well. If you follow the directions, you will eventually end up with an assembled product. Obviously, with 38 pages of instructions it is going to take some time to assemble this product. Don't be surprised if it takes you 4+ hours to successfully assemble this bed. If you have the room to do it, you should lay out the contents of the large box in an organized manner. All parts and hardware (screws and such) are properly labeled and as long as you have the room to lay them out, it will help the assembly process. You will be building the bed in the bedroom it will reside in so, another room is going to be full of parts for awhile. As many parts as the bed has, there were no missing parts but it would not surprise me that with this many parts, a shipment will go out from the factory without all the parts. There are just so many parts that the odds are good that every now and then something goes wrong with a shipment. The manufacturer seems to be aware of that and they have provided email addresses and phone numbers just in case you need to rectify missing parts. As the time starts to pass by and the bed starts to take shape, you will find that the feeling of being buried under a mountain of parts starts to go away and your confidence that you can do this grows. It is actually not that difficult. Time consuming, YES! If you follow the directions, both the written text and the visual illustrations, you will get through this. The end result will be worth it. The bed is sturdy and it looks modern. It will impress your friends. Especially when they start to hear your war stories from the assembly. You will secretly be their hero because they may have put together a bookshelf from IKEA in the past but that will pale in comparison with your stories of battle. Yes, I am using humour to make this less intimidating but that is because the end result will be worth it but when you first see the mountain of parts, you are going to be oh so intimidated.

This took my husband roughly 3 hours to put together (he didn't want any help lol). No issues with the charger or bookshelves. The LED strand came with a slight tear in the casing but the wires were not severed. I put a 12in mattress on and honestly I could have purchased a 14 inch and still had enough clearance for our pillows. When assembling, the support bars seem very flexible (maybe not a good thing long term for more than one sleeper) but held the two of us just fine. The headboard and frame are a little shorter than I thought but it looks great and made it easy to clean off our night stands. This bed came with cable hardware (velcro straps) for the let's which was awesome. We didn't have to use zip ties. We also received extra hardware which was awesome. So far we love it, I will update after a few months if use. My only real complaint is i with the drawers were bigger considering the size of the side panels. Eventually we will make custome drawers.

I’ve seen a few reviews of damaged beds and complaints. All I can say is “sucks to suck” I love this bed frame. It’s way much more than i expected. 10/10! This thing changed the whole style of my room as well as made me look rich lol. I strongly recommend take your time on this build and have a partner to help. It’s a bit intimidating opening up the box and seeing all the parts. Also the box came with a bag of extra hardware that might be missing or lost. I didn’t have to use any of them. The frame is surprisingly very very sturdy and makes no noise. The height is perfect if you want it high add a box spring like I did. Or if you want it low keep just a mattress. The Velcro tucked hid and secured the wires with no problem.
