Love this TV. Was on the fence because I wanted the Pro but the extra 350.00 was a consideration. This TV did not disappoint with one exception, I want to mount on the wall; however, you need to go to ROKU to find out how because the mounting area is enclosed on the back of this TV. But in the meantime, Amazon offered a deluxe pack and deliver to the room of choice, and this is the BEST service Amazon offered! The delivery gentlemen were the best, efficiently brought it right in unpacked, put the feet on it and placed it where I wanted it, plugged it in and of course it worked immediately. This service for me, a Senior Lady, was perfection and soooooo much appreciated. I have owned many ROKU TVs but this one is so clear, it is a noticeable improvement from the previous roku tv. I think the speakers are ok, but had purchased a new soundbar to use with it. Overall the brightness is exceptional, very easy to use, no lag, lots of Hdmi ports, and isn't too heavy to manage (might need help due to size to get on the wall. It has a great picture. The difference between this line and the pro lime is the pro is 120 hz whereas this one is 60. and of course the price. This is a 2023 model, so read everything when you buy. But frankly, it really works well for my purposes. I love the TV, and of course the standout feature is Amazon's Unpack and Deliver service ... plus I did not have to get rid of all that packing and box. Win! Win! Thanks to Everyone! ... show more

very good TV for the price. The sound is OK but could be clearer. Sound clarity could be better bur I have it in a room with 13 ft ceilings and may affect the acoustics. Still, a very nice set, wonderful clarity and color .

The user interface on this TV is simple and intuitive. It is extremely easy to switch around between apps and video game consoles. The picture is crisp, and there is no lag when I play high graphic games. The audio is clear. It’s easy to connect the phone app for remote use. My only complaint is that I was expecting to be able to connect my AirPods through the phone app, like I can with all of my other Roku products. For some reason, they took that ability away. Now you have to plug wires earbuds into the physical remote. Only one person can listen at a time. It’s a feature that we used a lot, having a person on nightshift in our house. It seemed like a step backwards, seeing even their little $40 plug in devices have the Bluetooth feature. Besides that, this TV has been a HUGE step up from the Toshiba FireTV we had been using. ... show more

    • Can't disable HDR10+ in Picture settings, looks like mud
I've had this TV for about 2 months now, and the picture quality is fine UNLESS you're streaming a show that comes in HDR10+, which this TV apparently isn't able to support. The HDR10+ capability in the product description is flat-out false advertising. If a show you are watching is streaming in HDR10+, you're staring at grey mud. (Examples: Fleabag Season 2 on Amazon Prime; Longlegs on AppleTV.) Even worse, the picture settings on this TV do not let you drop down the resolution in order to override HDR. Apparently the older Roku TVs did let you do that in the settings, and that option is no longer there. The external Roku devices also still let you do that as well. Sadly, not this TV. In TV Settings > Picture Settings > Picture Mode, your only options are (1) HDR10+ Standard, (2) HDR10+ Bright, and (3) HDR10+ Dark. Inexplicably, HDR10+ Dark looks lighter than HDR10+ Standard or HDR10+ Bright, but all three look like garbage: way too dark and desaturated of color. There's no way to select 1080p or even SD -- either of those would be vastly preferable. All those Youtube videos purporting to show you how to deactivate HDR10+ in Roku (I've watched them all in search of a solution) are showing options in the settings that do not exist on this particular Roku TV. This has been a known issue with Roku TVs for some time, based on what I'm seeing in the Roku discussion forums, and it has not gotten fixed. The Roku support people just copy and paste in the same, outdated language in every forum telling you to adjust it in settings that no longer exist for this TV. All Roku needs to do is add that setting back in that used to exist before, but sadly that hasn't happened. This problem makes certain shows completely unwatchable. Save your money and don't buy this TV if you want the option of watching newer shows, which increasingly do come in HDR10+ by default. P.S. Deactivating HDR in the settings in the Amazon app on the Roku TV doesn't solve the problem either. (AppleTV doesn't have that feature at all, not that it would make a difference apparently.) ... show more
