While doing some slight remodeling in my Master Bedroom, until I can bring my 65” Sony upstairs, I needed something to replace my plasma flatscreen I’d had well over 10yrs. It was the last of the LIGHTWEIGHT plasmas, and after doing some work on it to get it working, as I began lifting it upright to fit into its stand, I heard a cracking sound. The INNER screen cracked, although no plasma leaked through. Obviously, I was never plugging it back in. I was in a pinch, but didn’t want to spend on something that was a temporary fix. All the other bedrooms have their own televisions, and I can always resell this Roku TV. (My work involves reviews and content consults) The picture quality is much better than expected, and all my additional apps work seamlessly. My cable is also connected as is a Blu-Ray player, and everything works well. The sound is actually impressive, especially for under $200. The photos attached show it somewhat angled, only because it’s on my dresser next to the bed. The 65” that’s waiting for everything to be completed will go where I had the plasma flatscreen, which is 30’ from my headboard, where this Roku would obviously been too small. 1. Great value 2. Remote works, but do go through 2 AAA batteries about every 6 weeks. 3. Can also be controlled by your Cable remote. 4. Surprisingly good sound quality. 5. Picture quality is crisp, and keeps up with movies, and media. No buffering issues. ... show more

I only give it 4 stars because it's a basic smart TV (aka, not OLED, or some other high end TV). Size upgrade from a 24" to the 32" for the bedroom. The 24" was a Samsung with Roku device attached. which I liked. I also have a 55" TCL Roku TV. Very familiar with Roku and I like the interface. With Roku built into the TV, and if you have an antenna, the option to select antenna is built into the choices of on screen inputs. Makes it easy. This particular TV is fine. Nothing special over and above the other TV's I have. It's only 720P, but fine for a bedroom, etc. Picture is very good, and sound is fine (but obviously can be much better with a sound bar). One review mentioned that the plastic used to protect the bezel during shipping is hard to get off. They weren't wrong. Not that hard, but a bit of a pain. Why they don't make it easier to remove the plastic is beyond me. Getting nit picky with negatives, because it's not that big a deal, and there's really nothing else to complain about. Overall, a good quality TV at a good price. Recommended... Edit 2/16/24: Upping rating from 4 to 5 stars due to great customer service. Had an issue with the remote where the original batteries lasted about 3 days. Replaced the batteries with new, and same thing. * This is a known random issue with Roku remotes. I have 2 other Roku remotes that do not do this. Called Roku support. First call: Reset and re-pair the remote to see if it helps. Same issue. Called back day 2 and they said they would send me a new remote. New remote received in 2-3 days. Works as it should (no high battery drain). Roku support answered the phone within seconds and were very pleasant ("off-shore"). They even called back the next day to see if the issue was taken care of to me satisfaction. Ok so simple box to open, remove the remote and accessories. First and foremost read the ENVELOPE that’s RED 🧧and PURPLE before anything. The leg screws are in with the remote. You must lay the T.V face down to put legs on as recommended in instructions. (Right side leg was still loose even after fully tightened the screws) it was EASY to SET UP, APPS were PRE-LOADED that you get to pick from list. Just log into your favorite app and go. The T.V looks Good, are COLORS VIVID. I tested the Gaming console at1080p It Runs and looks terrific. (Yes I had to for our gamers, or what kind of a reviewer would I be hello!) SETTINGS are SIMPLE, SOUND is wonderful, MULTIPLE HD connections X3, which are fantastic if you have a few devices. So all and all I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this ROKU T.V. ... show more

I'm incredibly impressed by this TV. At this price point - and screen size - it really is a bargain. Good screen and audio (I'm not an audio/video-phile so... take it for what it is 😅) and incredibly light weight! Set up was really straightforward (installing the legs was - not difficult - but the hardest part) Plug it in, connect to your Wi-Fi and roku set up comes right up; plug in your cable and dvd HDMIs (if you have one or both) and you're all set. Editing the roku menus is pretty simple too (check you tube for a few hints and how tos). If you're familiar with roku then you know about the wide variety of options. Also, it makes accessing your streaming services a breeze too. It's only been a few days but I can recommend this set highly for anyone looking for a smaller screen and/or roku option. ... show more

The product assembles easily and the software walks one through the setup of the electronics. All this went well. The product works easily with a display similar to standalone Roku products. However if you have an antenna or cable connection, it it possible to select that for viewing. The remote is the lower-priced remote that comes with most Roku products. I get tired of changing the batteries in them and eventually buy the rechargeable one -- but it is pricey compared to the price of the TV. The picture quality is good but does not rival that of higher-priced TVs. It lacks controls for adjusting the picture, providing only one -- a brightness control. Incredible TV for $200! I had to send back to $150.00 TV’s because of glitchy technical and connection issues. This TV performs like a top of line of any manufacturer Negatives: 1. The remote is a little awkward with sound level controls on side 2. Of course for a TV in this price range it does not have all the features of a more expensive one - but is never the less loaded on the features that really count. Positives: 1. I use a Roku box on my TV's so it made a logical choice to buy a TV with Roku already installed. The remote is the same so I don't have to memorize a new button layout. The home screen is the same so no need to figure out a new menu system. I especially like the quick on feature which starts the TV quickly. The TV can be voice controlled by Alexa which is a huge bonus for me. The picture quality is good with natural colors and good dynamic range from shadows to highlights. The TV has plenty of inputs and outputs. I use the earphone jack to plug in my speakers. I wall mounted mine so the included VESA mount holes were a must for me. ... show more
