Fit my motorcycle perfectly. Love it. Only gripe is, I bought it new, but it looked used. It had spots that looked slightly worn. Luckily, it is all polished aluminum, so I was able to use Mother's Aluminum Polish to shine it up. It looked great after that. I didn't see the need to send it back since I made it work, and no point in giving any negative review since it really wasn't a deal breaker. The packaging was top notch. One thing that a lot of reviewers do is give an extremely negative review of a product that is actually fantastic, but it arrived late or it looked used, which has nothing to do with the product as far as its utility. These are NOT universal fit. It doesn't fit my handlebar. All of the plastic bushings make the fit either too small for the screw to reach the clamping end.... or too big, no clamping pressure. Unless you measure mm ahead of time, don't purchase. The 4 or so bushings make it impossible to fit.
