Got home from a long day at work and box was waiting for me at the door. Opened it put it together and man shes a beaut. Out of the box she was fully charged. Took it out for a test drive. Horrible customer service
The product it self seems great. But they have horrible customer service. I needed to return a brand new one, cause I got the wrong model and they won’t approve my return. Won’t even answer my request. It’s been weeks. If you are 100% sure you don’t want to return then this is a good product… otherwise find a co that stands behind their product. ... show more

I love it so much ,It feels powerful. I love that it starts from 0 without having to push it with your foot, which is really annoying, so I really appreciate that. I also love that since it’s not excessively heavy, I have more control over the scooter and i feel safe.The battery durability lasts about 4 hours of active riding in Drive mode. Excellent scooter
My son is very impressed with this scooter! It’s his 2nd scooter because the first one had a brake issue (different company). This one is smooth, sleek, and the perfect size. He’s 10.5 years old, 5’1”, and 100 lbs. It brakes well and the battery lasts a long time! The power is great for this price point! Great value! ... show more

Good E-Scooter range may very, I would say on normal city sidewalks it has a 12 mile range.
Good scooter and easy to assemble. I will have to dock stars though as battery range stated was apparently 16 miles. I can confirm is has actual range of about 11-12 miles on side walks with small inclines. Range my very with weight. I'm 170lbs. I guess it could go 16 miles possibly in perfect conditions, that being smooth flat ground. but if your riding it round the neighborhood, or to your local store or in a city. I would say it is a very light, and easy to carry e-scooter, and it coming with airless tires is perfect, as you don't have to worry about punctures, but makes the ride a little rougher, with slabbed sidewalks. ... show more

Better than average, good price
Very good overall, maintains about 16 mph max speed and I weigh 240 lbs. The only complaint I have is about battery life. Started off strong, but appears to be dying quicker after a couple months of use. If you use the headlight it dies much much quicker, limiting range unless you bring the charger with you. The app is pretty terrible as well, just a cheap generic app that doesn’t do much in terms of value for the scooter. ... show more

Waste of money
Don’t buy this item. A expensive scooter that doesn’t work on rain. Mine started to turn on and off after that and now I can’t use it. Waste of money. Seller doesn’t accept refunds after 30 days. Unfair.
