This was a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. He's big into gaming and coding, so this seemed like a solid pre built desktop for him. This thing is NICE! It is compact and I thought it was broken at first because of how quiet it runs. I mean its almost silent. The case has a nice design and the airflow is pretty solid overall. My son loves it and has yet to have any issues with his games. I purchased this when it was on sale, so I did not pay the full price. I would definitely recommend this build, though. This was a perfrct out of the box gaming system, and cheaper than if i had put it together myself. Cooling is fine unless you overclock or add components (though there are no extra disk slots or much internal space). I ended up buying 2 of these they work so well for the money ($800 in Oct 22)

Fast and easy to setup, runs all modern games. I don't like the fact I can't add hdd. It appears as there is a slot for 1 additional ssd. 2 extra slots for ram. If pc were more upgradable (tower itself) I would have given 5 stars.

ASUS WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY !!! Purchased October 26, 2022. Either the processor or mother board failed in less than a year. Computer wouldnt post so BIOS couldnt even be accessed for diagnostics. Customer support is a joke. Was told the warranty is from "manufacture" date not purchase date. Told this from multiple customer service reps. Customer service "supervisor" said he would "escalate" my claim and that I would be notified within 24-48 hours if they would honor the 12 month warranty. Never heard back from them. Performance wise its a decent computer, but the customer service, reliability issue, and fake warranty, say otherwise. I would pass on this one, or any other ASUS machine in the future. ... show more

Doesn't work. No display through any port, tried using known monitors and tvs that do work. Return has been easy so far.

This purchase was for my sons first gaming pc. I like it because it’s a good starter machine. I’ve had no issues with it since Jan 1st. It get a little loud but cools with no issues. I think it’s a great machine to start with
