The rug arrived in a square box. I mention that because rugs I've ordered in the past came in a roll. That being said the creases disappeared within hours because of the thickness of the padding. There is about a half inch of cushion underneath. It is a very soft rug. The shag is a little thin, but not noticeable unless you look at it up close. There a little grippy things on the bottom, but I didn't check if the rug would slide or not. I will say that against the other gray items in my home this rug is closer to a blue gray than a charcoal gray depending on the angles and lighting. All in all it is a pretty good rug. I took pictures up close to show the thickness of the shag and the little grips underneath.

It’s very nice and for the cost it’s definitely worth it. It’s big and fluffy, shag they call it . If you have young kids its great for bedrooms or playrooms or living rooms if you want to have a shag area rug . I am very happy with this purchase. Thank you

I’ve been eyeing these rugs for a while. I spotted a deal and went for it. Item shipped fast and came in compact packaging. There was no odor upon opening the vacuum sealed plastic. I initially hesitated ordering as we have a brand new puppy in the house . I figured the washing instructions were simple enough to follow in case of an accident . I set the rug in the living room and it turned out to be a favorite lounging area for both of my dogs! It is so soft and comfortable to walk on, and the pups love to roll all over it ☺️ I got even compliments from our houseguests on it! Definitely recommend!

I bought 2 of these rugs, an 8x10 and a 5x7 The 8x10 is very large and measures 8x10. But the 5x7 didn't look as big as I thought it would be. Measured it and it was only 5x6.5 so im not happy about the inaccurate sizing. It's a good thing it was cheap or I'd be more pissed than I am.

This rug does not have a thick backing type material. It reminds me of purchasing a fur type material at the fabric store and adding a thin bottom on it. The description said plush. So, what must be meant by that term plush, I will try to explain. The fur on this material is not sparce. There are no bare spots on the top of the rug. The trimming and hemming are very well done. So If you are looking for a thick backing similar to the foam rugs. This is not it. The threads that make up the fur are also crafted very well. The threads are cut even all the way across the material. And you do not see the white backing by looking at the top of the fur. You can even move your hand across the fur and not see the white backing. So, yes the threads that make up the fur are thick enough to where you do not see any bare spots. Nor do you see the white backing. You are going to want to put a carpet pad underneath this rug.
