Used mine for the first time tonight(8/27/2025) and it worked perfectly. The sound was really great and it also looked very nice. The base is pretty heavy, but it beats carrying two large speakers like we have always done. I am very pleased with this system and will be ordering another one.

This system sounds great! I love it. I purchased it for doing live gigs and djing when I have to run my own sound. My package arrived on time if not earlier than expected. When I opened the box, mind you it is upward of 70lbs, it came with the sub, the empty array and 2 TOP speakers. Its supposed to come with the empty array, a center speaker and the top speaker. Upon reaching out to customer support through Amazon, they advised that I would have to send the ENTIRE unit back just for 1 incorrect speaker. I then called Rockville customer service (only to find out that the were hiding behind a seller -Audio Savings) and they told me that the white speaker that I needed wasnt in stock. I told them that it was ok to send me the black one just as long as it would work with my system. So I sent the 2nd white TOP speaker back. Fast forward a few days once they have received my speaker back, they sent me an email asking me if I sent the wrong speaker... that I had sent the CENTER speaker back. I told them that I didnt have a center speaker to send them and this entire transaction would have been unnecessary if I had all of the correct parts. They then refused to do anything else about it and sent what I sent them back. I now have two TOP speakers and can only use one. And they had the nerve to send the top speaker back labeled as the center speaker. The phone numbers on ROCKVILLE's website lead to these people. I would give this a 0 star rating but what I was able to hook up sounds great! Do Not give these people your money! They will not do right by the customer!!! If you do purchase this set (as it works well), buy it in store from a licensed retailer and check your box before you leave. Never again will I purchase ANYTHING from AudioSavings!! ... show more

I bought mine as "used" for a better deal unfortunately didn't work it was clipping at all times even at low volume so I sent it back return went perfectly smooth. That being said I was amazed with the quality and sound for an amazing price I'm definitely getting another one for my personal use.

I bought two in white as I mostly DJ Weddings every weekend. The price appeared reasonable considering the specs Rockville Audio has given to the public. Unfortunately it was a huge mistake purchasing these. After using both of them properly at the default setting for just one wedding, both subs crapped out during special dances at a low 60db volume. No clip light, no warning of any sort. Needless to say the Bride & Groom along with their guest were very disappointed in hearing farting noises coming from my speakers. 😩 I had to run out and grab my LD Maui 28 g3 as a backup in which of course saved the night. I honestly do not recommend any of their products for professionals. I was disappointed to learn that Rockville Audio don’t have a Quality Control dept. 😔 I have 4 separate RF4 Charging cases where the handles broke off within a week from each other. There’s always screws missing or they’re not properly tightened. Their customer service is a complete nightmare and almost nonexistent. Save yourself the trouble and invest in high quality gear. QSC, LD Systems, Chauvet, Ape Labs etc. You get what you pay for and it’s very clear with Rockville’s Chinese junk. They might be located in the USA but it’s clear everything is made in China. I ordered (2) Rockville Titan Pro Array Dual 10" Column Powered Speaker Systems on February 25th and they arrived on Monday, March 4th, and today is Tuesday, March 5th and I finally was able to test them both out and I have to say I'm impressed with the quality build, sound and of course ease of setting up. I can't wait to use them at my next event (Wednesday) which happens to be a Middle School Spring Dance Party. So far I am super happy and impressed and as another DJ friend whom highly recommended them to me I in turn highly recommend them to you. They are priced reasonable, built excellent, look amazing and sound so impressive with deep lows and excellent mids and highs. A complete winning combination. ... show more

I gave it 4-stars because it needs an on-board EQ to really dial in on those highs, meds, and lows. Overall, I think it's a good speaker. Once you get them dialed in, the sound is amazing. An external mixer is needed as there is not an onboard EQ. I have two of them that are used for House Parties to Medium Sized rooms. I can not I tell you up to how many people these speakers will work for. They get loud and the bass response is pretty good for 2 10 inch subs. Now, they are not going to get you that Miami deep bass but outside that I think they do pretty well. Rockville customer service or technical support are very responsive to any requests you may have. I have not had an issue with them responded very quickly and helping me solve any issues or problems I have with trying to figure out how to get those speakers dialed in just right. ... show more

Wow! What are you waiting for. Buy it, you will be glad you did. I am a professional entertainer since the early 80's. I know what good sound is. Every piece is wood not plastic. It will rival a Bose array system. I love the white Titan instead of black. Enjoy great sound for a third of the cost for upper end arrays. Comes with very nice covers for woofer and the tweets. ... show more
