  • Great Amp!
Of course it is more of a budget amp and I've owned a few different amps everything from rocksford fosgate to merlin audio and this is by far the sleekest amp I've had it looks good it's not huge it's just a tad bigger than my merlon 1000w and it pushes every bit of power you could want for a dual subwoofer setup be careful if you don't know much about amps find a youtube video to teach you how because if improperly tuned this amp can destroy your subs as with any powerful amp. ... show more

  • Love Rockville audio equipment! Great buy!
Easy to install, has many nice features. I am running this on 2 12" American Bass 2000w max, 1000rms subs. The sound output is perfect, well worth getting. From what I have experienced with Rockville car audio, I am officially a fan. The only thing I wish came with was stickers for my vehicle. Other then that, comes with a CEA certificate that certifies the wattage output. ... show more

  • Good 10" sub amp for the money, would buy again.
Running 1ohm load to 2 10" Power Bass dual VC subs. Amps does not get hot and has good power. Still tweaking trying to adjust it to not sound too harsh for the regular tuner but still hit hard on bass cd's. Might have to install the bass knob to fix this issue although I've never experienced this with any other install I've ever done. I replaced on old PUNCH 200 that had a damaged gain knob. Was not impressed with the Rockville fuse block that came with this kit, the cover falls off too easily. ... show more

  • Bad Quality Control. The power is real, but their products are a gamble
The amp does push great power for the money. I had a single alpine type x 12" rated for 1k dms at 1 ohm. While this amp seemed a bit lacking compared to my Rockford fosgate 1000.1bd, it wasn't bad for the money. But heres where I'll say to stay far away. Rockville has some awful quality control. Without music playing, no wire shortage, no fuses blowing.. The M3 amp just started smoking. Yes it took a year of use, but it was burning itself up from an internal shortage. Rockville first told me in an email, it's under warrenty. And now, says it's been over a year and out of warrenty. If I'm willing to pay for repairs and shipping, theyll fix it. So they went back on their word. If you go on YouTube, you'll see EXO and other youtubers recently having a problem with the K9 subs. Not being up to their cea rated power. Rockville replied saying his tests are flawed. Fairly unprofessional. The M4 amps have a very similar issue. Where people would get them, work for a while, and just stop working. That's what happened to mine. Not pushed or even used that often. And smoked, without even anything playing. ... show more

  • Great amp
For the price on this amp you are getting more than you pay for, I'm at least getting 1700 to 1800 rms, I got it on 2 Memphis 12 @ 600 rms.

  • Anything is better than my 200 watt amp before
Anything is better than my 200 watt amp before, BUT this amp surpasses my expectations! Not only for its function, sound quality, and price but the thinking behind each and every connection; power inputs and speaker outputs have a set screws that are at about a 45 degree angle meaning they securely lock a wire in place AND you don't run the risk of grounding out your tool on the chassis IF you like to take risks and not disconnect it beforehand. Read through the reviews on its performance; I am not going to bore you with my speaker setup or technical data since it works great for me and from a lot of the reviews; it works great for them and that's what I based my purchase on. So you keep reading reviews if you want or just get it! In the meantime I'm going to go for a drive.... ... show more

  • Bass head on a budget
I love this amp. It hits really hard and has all the protection from not making it blow out. Louder than my 800.1 kicker and that blew in 3 days. It stays on hitting pretty good barley goes in protect. Ive went through alot of amps, autoteck 2500 amp meanmachine, the alpine 450 mp, also the power acoustic 2500 and this one is better than all them bar none. Steady at 1 ohm is a major plus for me. Im pushing 2 gothics. And I've blown mtxs 10s 6000 series, alpine type r, almani, kicker 12 comp r, kicker 10s comp r, and the german red 12s 1000 watt. ... show more
