Easy to install. Sounds great. Is it the best??? No... Is it great for the price? Absolutely. Look, for the price this thing sounds really impressive. Side note, I ended up getting a low hum out of mine and discovered that it needs to be plugged in to the same outlet as the rest of my speakers and sound system. Something to do with the ground? I don't know really, but I did some research and that was an issue that came up time and again. Once I figured that out and was able to get all of my speakers and mixing board running through the same power supply, all issues went away. Also, decent cables help. Nothing too fancy, I think I spent around $50.00 total for cables and that helped clear up a little bit of hiss and hum. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a low budget upgrade to their home audio TV or computer system.

Bought this unit to add a little base to my garage Pyle receiver and 6" bookshelf speakers. This will not shake the house foundation, but it does a nice job rounding out the lower frequencies that the Pyle bookshelf speakers don't capture. I like the signal on/off feature. The receiver does not have RCA subwoofer outputs, so I had to use the high-powered input / output connections. Nice quality binding posts to make those connections with. So far I love it!.

These Rockville subwoofers are one of the best values out there, and this is my second one. They have great controls, a ton of plug in options, and look good to boot. If you try this you'll be pleasantly surprised. I actually bought the white 8" to go with some Jamo bookshelf speakers I bought because the Jamo options were less than inspiring. No regrets. Rockville also does a fabulous job packaging these for shipping with a heavy duty double box. Just really impressed and I have high end stuff.

Great volume and frequency controls allow you to adjust the level of bass to compliment the bass in your speakers without overwhelming them, seamlessly blending into the music fabric. The right and left RCA in and out jacks a plus. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.

I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this impressed me. The subwoofer I purchased was the 8" one and it was much larger then expected (a good thing). It worked perfectly with the sound bar I had, and the power of this bass is amazing, and the housing barely feels affected (shaking) when volume is loud. Awesome product, would greatly recommend.

First I will say that if you are using this sub to daisy chain off of PC speakers, a grounding loop isolator is MANDATORY. I ordered the PAC 3.5mm one and it works flawlessly. This sub paired with my G2000 PC speakers( with a 3.5mm to RCA female cable) sounds awesome! I have to keep the volume around 50% for my speakers and the sub level is at about 45%. You have to understand how subs work and the frequency at which a true subs operates. In short, keep the crossover between 80-100Hz, at most. I have mine set at about 95Hz and I have it operating at 50% volume max! Anything higher is almost too much bass! Really great value for the money

This subwoofer is 15” “D” (deep). It is NOT 15” “H” (High). Completely ridiculous a company can’t get their measurements right. This particular sub was crackling and popping from the start. Complete garbage

I connected to use using option 2 where the L and R speaker outputs terminate at the subwoofer and then connect to the field speakers. Bass is great and it relays a solid signal to the other speakers. Adjustable volume and frequency are great. It auto plays when there is a signal. Installed 2 weeks ago and so far it has been great. Tried to install with a straight connection but I think I need to adjust my tuner to push the signal.
