  • Holy cow!
Wow! I had no idea. I thought myself pretty bitchin’ before the installment. Easy to install, looks good, the Dial lights are perfect. But once I mellowed everything out on the initial head settings(flat on everything), I then started messing with this thing. Man, oh man, I am super pleased. Above and beyond what I expected. It’s going to take me some time to get everything dialed. I road killed the doors, pillars, everything! So there’s no sound loss. I foamed the front and behind the plates of all speakers. I did everything right, and wow, I’m glad I did. Matched up ohms, rms’s as well as running the shortest wires and cables possible. No crimp-on. Everything soldered. Totally worth all the time and money. Crystal clear and way too loud. I haven’t heard any distortion yet. No clipping. It goes louder than I need it. I’m only running 820watts, rms. ... show more

  • Rockville Audio rocks!!
Very good product. Cleared up the muddy, flat sound the head unit produced. 7 volt line driver is awesome. Do recommend.

  • Crystal Clear Audio
Great addition to your sound system. I've been using this equalizer for a few months now and it had yet to disappoint. Very CLEAR but not ear piercing sharp. Gives my tweeters just the right amount of twinkle. Cleans up the bass even before it gets to the crossover & the mid range is well defined as well. Listening at low levels is especially pleasurable as this brings out every fine detail within your music! I'm a music producer (InstrumentalHQ.com) so I'm particularly specific when it comes to sound quality. With that being said, I think this equalizer is GREAT! ... show more

  • NOT A CLEAN 7V
This is not a clean 7 volt EQ I have it running two Skar Audio RP amplifiers the 75.4 and 1200.1 and the Rockville rvt-1 I'm running the front channel to the Rockville rvt-1 the rear channel to the scar audio 75 .4 and using the signal out on the rvt-1 to the front channel on the 75.4 RP and at 5.9 volts out of the EQ preamp to the amplifier I get over 17.9 volts with the gain all the way down on the rear channel and only the rear channel the front channel would be fine though at 15.17 volts tuned, the only way to get the gain down is to drop it to 4.0v but the right and he left channels have .5v difference so you have 4.0v and 4.5v in left to right and that's using the fader more centered to the front that's as close as you can get or you dip into the 3.9v not a clean 7 volt EQ I waited 4 months to install I wish I would have got to the build a lot sooner because I would definitely would have returned this but now I am stuck with it maybe it'll end up in the house on the living room entertainment system. ... show more

  • Get one now!!
This very inexpensive piece of car audio gear is probably one of the most important things you can install in your sound system if you want total control of your sound and a better signal to your Amp. Can't say enough good things about it. It's better than most others you'll find on Amazon as well. It has more features you can actually use. It's just great. I wouldn't install an aftermarket stereo system in my vehicle without one. ... show more

  • Sound clarity
I do not shop by brand, I shop by performance and value. This EQ hands down provides better sound clarity than most out there. I’ve had the 2 Clarion versions made in the last 15 years as well as a CT Sounds model. This one out performs.
