These speakers are easy to hang and hook up. The sound is not as full as I had hoped, with most sound being mids and highs. However, I feel that fits with the intended use scenario. These speakers are advertised as $79.99 for 2 pendant speakers. It even specifies $39.98 each in the listing. I specifically read the questions and it was answered as being 2 speakers for $79.99. I needed 4 of these speakers, so I ordered two of the listed speakers at $79.99 for a total price of $159.98.     • Great P.A. speaker… not for blasting/blaring loud music!

These are exceptionally… adequate! They don’t rock, blare, or blast and they CERTAINLY DON’T THUMP. We bought a dozen of these for a large multipurpose building with tall ceilings. The sound is far from impressive for any audiophile, but they clearly magnify the sound. Pros: • They look good • Under normal/loud volumes they sound clear • They are easy to wire up • You can “daisy-chain” them together • They are relatively inexpensive Cons • Don’t expect any bass…at all • Don’t expect concert-like sound I would argue that these are really good P.A. speakers, but not much more. They can be wired in sequence, and the included wiring harness is really great. After 6 months of use we are pleased with how well they work for our setup. On a side note: I strongly encourage you to use small carabiners to attach them. We originally used hooks, but a stray volleyball caused a speaker to swing off the hook and come crashing down (twice!). The eyelet is pretty small, so a normal sized carabiner is too big. Overall I’d recommend them as P.A. speakers. ... show more
