Bought this for a retail business and used it for music. After one month it started making super loud noises and getting pretty static in sound. It's clear that it's dying. I contacted customer service and they told me I had to pay to ship it to them then they'll asses if it needs fixing. If it doesn't, were on the hook to return it. Otherwise they'll repair it and return it. As a business, we don't have this time to sit and wait for shipping and repair. I will never buy Rockville products again. We bought a Pyle system for another location and it is SO much better. It was cheaper, better quality and easier to use. Don't waste your time and money. Also, the customer service is non-existent

This amp and speaker system works great in my small restaurant. We use a kindle fire to Bluetooth our playlists, and that works super easily. The sound quality is good but not amazing, about what I expected for the price. Everything is easy to install and hook up, the included brackets make it easy to hang the speakers. I would definitely buy it again. Just a note, you need to order speaker wire as well!

You get what you pay for, or maybe less. The quality of the sound from these speakers is so poor that the words in songs are not understandable. I assumed the quality would not be great by the low price, but I was surprised how poor the quality of the sound is. They are unusable for even background sound in a business.

I was a bit skeptical, however after installing the system, the sound quality is pretty decent and it has a bit of power behind it. Again, for the value, not much to complain here.

The system works as intended with an RCA input, but nothing else seems to function for inputs that I've tried. The buttons on the unit do not work and the remote does not work either. The unit has reasonable volume and appears to have a lot of expandability and functionality. I just can't seem to access any of it. Edit: The unit has completely stopped outputting sound. It was working as intended for a short period. The unit still registers volume input on the dB scale, but no sound comes out. I have tried both of the Line In inputs, but neither output sound. As stated before, the unit will not select any other inputs so I cannot troubleshoot the issue. Rockville has contacted me and they asked if I tried changing the batteries. Great tech support. (sarcasm)
