    • Excellent product; get a 6.5 inch hole saw for installation
This product is for a commercial office with ceiling tiles. A hole saw will save you time and frustration. The diameter of the included template is 6.5 inches, which is not given in the description. This is the hole that houses the speaker. I found that it is easiest to take the ceiling tile off and make the hole from the back. A cardboard box will support the tile while cutting and catch the debris. The latches for the speaker are somewhat difficult to bend around the soft tile. I wired the speaker before mounting to the tile. Running the wire from speaker to speaker around the office is the most difficult and dirty part. Obviously, I am not a professional sound system installer, but the results turned out excellent. I'm sure that most people, with time and patience, could complete this job. The sound from the multiple speakers brings your office to a whole different level. Having the ability to control the volume in different zones is essential in my business. Installed in 8000 sq ft business with a high 19 ft ceiling. For the price, this is a great system. Sound is clear and loud when I need it to be. We use it for bingo. Bought 3 so far and love it. Easy to install. Came with everything needed.

I’m a certified electrician in California and I installed these in my house 2 speaker springs wouldn’t hold it up on one side of it

    • Poor customer service and willingness to get the issue resolved
Purchased this product in Oct of 2020. Unit starts cutting out when adjusting the volume and then eventually stops working all together. We have sent the defective unit off twice and the first time we had to pay $60 to have it shipped off. Both times unit was returned un-repaired and still having the same issue It was agreed they would send a new unit to replace the defective unit and upon arrival we received the same unit for a third time with a repaired sticker on it. Unit is still defective and having the same issue. We have been battling this for months now and customer service is slow to respond and can't seem to resolve the issue. ... show more
