years ago, my husband had one it was attached to the trailer hitch and easy to remove. this one is bolted on with lots of bolts, and would be very hard to remove.

It needs to be assembled very carefully, but once it is attached to the vehicle it is stable and works well. I would recommend reading the manual and following the instructions precisely as there is a procedure to follow and if you don’t take each step in the process, you will experience some frustration. Once each step is committed to memory, the system works wonderfully. The end result is well worth the effort. Enjoy your independence!!

Our order arrived missing the power Jack controller all we received is the flat medal rack the Mobilty Cart sets on. Carol A McNamara 2/16/2026 We will be taking the Lift rack to UPS this afternoon it’s pretty heavy I’m 83 so will have to get. Help getting it to UPS. Thank you. Missing power control to the lift was not received.

It is a great carrier , so much better than the one we had . It makes going anywhere much easier and enjoyable now , and faster ! Scooter fits perfectly on it ! I have a three wheel mobility scooter and it’s much easier for me to go places !

One of ratchet straps did not work. Seller was not willing to send a new one. I'll get another on my own; however, very disappointed the seller did not stand behind his product.

Do not buy this lift. It worked fine for seven months, and then it fell onto the concrete, almost hitting my wife's foot. I took it apart and found the top piece of metal sheared off. I noticed others have had the same problem. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my money back.
