Four retractors secure without straps. Installation is quick, requiring no drilling. It includes a wiring harness, license plate holder, LED light, and manual crank. When empty, it folds compactly, operated by one key. The lift raises a scooter in 20 seconds and folds in 6 seconds, offering fast, convenient transport. It can go all the way down to the ground, unless your hitch is super high—over 18 inches. For most cars and SUVs, it lowers just fine.
