I like these bells. (We have 3, one of which is the version 2 of these bells, and I'm about to order one more.) The version 2 has a smaller and slightly quieter bell, but it's still loud enough. I like how they're made with metal and some rubber bumpers. Though they're hard to install, the set up allows these to fit in tight spaces between handlebars and gear/brake levers, which is a nice feature that few other bells have. The only other one I've seen (and also have) that gets close to fitting in as tight of spots uses a rubber ring to attach the bell, but you can't get the fit as tight, so it rotates a bit, and it's very easy to steal. No tools required! The sound of the bell isn't as pretty as some, but that slight harshness also makes the bell more effective at getting people's attention, which I like. I didn't get this bell to perform in an orchestra.

The media could not be loaded. The only difficult part is putting that metal stirp in between the slots at the bottom of the bell. It's a bit rough to put on but it performs amazingly and loud. Good quality!

I love the design of it, the size, and how it sounds. I think part of the reason I'm not loving it is that: A. It was a pain in the butt to install on my bike though I eventually did B. I don't like where I put it because it's hard to ring from the middle bar but the smaller portions of my bike didn't seem to work. It wouldn't stay in place. C. I do wish it was a little louder I thought about returning it honestly but I do like it overall. The design of it is the best part. I got the copper-colored one. Check it out for yourself. You might just love it.

We have three of these bells now. I recently mounted one on each of my kids' bikes and they love them. the finish is great and the sound quality is amazing. People hear them coming for long distances up the trail and the mechanism is really easy and accessible for them to use.

Love this bell, it’s simple and loud when installed correctly. I have one of them on my mtn, gravel and fat bike. Hikers & dog walkers appreciate the heads up bell sound when I am approaching them from behind. It is a little tricky setting up the bell on one’s handlebars, you need to pay close attention to the metal mounting strap and the rubber pad under the bell frame structure. It’s not a difficult installation, you just need to be careful that the rubber pad is properly centered for the loudest sound possible! Highly recommend!

This is a good looking, well made bell with a good crisp ring. However, it is a a little tricky to install. Allow yourself a little more time than usual, take a few deep breaths and get started. Although is at the expensive end of the spectrum it is very well made. The only upside to difficulty of installation is difficulty to steal, not a bad thing if you live somewhere where lights and saddles get stolen. Cheaper bells are not as loud but they can be installed with greater ease. They also last for years. If you are looking for a loud, stout, well made bell, this is the one.

This is an absolutely great retro bike bell. It is Super loud & obnoxious - PERFECT for riding on the crowded beach strand by my house. I love it's simplistic style and the silver color matches my bike's trim color perfect. Did I mention that it has a super loud & obnoxious chime. It really cuts thru any other noise and makes people jump - outta my way - which I like. It was easy to install. Comes with two lengths of steel strapping for diff widths of handlebars. The smaller one worked on my Electra Townie cruiser. It comes with the hex key needed and takes all of 3min to install. It is small but mighty - loud but does not clutter up my handle bar. I love it.

I have two of the original Spurcycle bells, of which this is a copy. The material and build quality are quite good with one quibble: the rubber pads that protect your handlebar are a bit flimsy. The biggest difference is that the tone of the bell is a bit harsh. There is a slightly discordant tone to the bell, versus the very clear, pure tone of the Spurcycle version. That said, the Spurcycle bell is quite expensive (4 times the cost of this knockoff version), making the ROCKBROS bell a pretty good value. The bell is just as loud as the original, so if you're not picky about the tone this bell will function well, look just as stylish, and save you quite a bit of money.
