The arm coolers fit perfectly. They are very comfy and definitely protect from the sun. They also keep my arms comfy even with the blazing sun on them. They stay perfectly in position and do not slide down! My only complaint is the upper arm band is thin, so it takes a little bit of work to get that to lay totally flat without being folded under a little.

I don't like the rubber band like material at the very end next to the bicep muscle. It's too tight. Otherwise, its a loose fit which is fine with me. It's a lot better than feeling like you arm is in a tourniquet and stopping blood flow. Actually, XL fits me better except it's tight from top to bottom. I experimented twice before settling on the XXL and returned them. I bought a large three inch diameter PVC pipe to stretch the elastic band. However, they seem to have perfected elastic to the point it can't be permanently stretched unlike when I was much younger. I'm 77 years old now. I bought these for sun protection. So my search is over now. I'm keeping this pair even though they starting hurting some after I've had them on for a while. My biceps are naturally large for some reason. I stopped exercising long ago. Doctors routinely say I look ten years younger than my chronological age. I've seen numerous doctors recently. They all declare I'm perfectly healthy. I have taken lots of vitamins and minerals for the past 25 years - not just any vitamins, but scientifically valid one.

I have 19 inch arms and these fit well . Comfortable sustainable and you forget you got them on even after a 50 mile ride in 99 degrees with a heat index of 106 . Ordered a second pair once I got to my phone this company has great products !!!

Love It. Fits great. Has good vents took it out without sunblock and it did the job on the upper parts the mesh part let some sun in but it was ok got a little bit of a weird tan. But love it!! Have more sales!!

Apparently black blocks more UV, I thought white did but no it is black. Black gets hotter than white but blocks the UV that cooks you inside out. Comfortable and fits my 6ft self
