Very poor quality. Cheap material. The truck still would not run properly so we opened it to check. The gasket fell apart when the carburetor was opened. Should have returned but only had 30 days and I missed the deadline.

Was pretty skeptical about this, but a neighbor told me he has used these on three of his trucks so I gave it a shot. Bought it for my 73 C10 with an 350, Everything seemed to be put together as it should came with a new gasket jets already inside and set and different size jets. I swapped right over and the only thing I needed to adjust was the throttle. This Carburetor replaced the original Rochester carburetor on my Dad's 72 Chevrolet Pickup truck. The original carburetor and just worn out over 250,000 miles of use! This is a rebuilt carburetor, but they did a great job of rebuilding it. Truck idles great and starts right up but falls on its face part throttle under load. No amount of re-jetting cures the problem. If you buy try it out immediately because you can return it but before a certain time. I waited too long and now I’m m stuck with it.

Had to replace upper gasket before I installed on engine. The original was a foam,paper gasket that was squished out when I inspected carb. Had already purchased a carb kit. Replaced gasket and ran perfect,still great 6 weeks later.
