  • Good for small job

Worked fine for small job.

  • Fresh Vinyl Plank Install
Style: Extendible
I just used this to install some thick vinyl planks in my kitchen, and it did a great job. The flooring ads show people rolling it with a product like this, but then in the manual suggest using a 75-100 lb. roller. Like another reviewer said, I consider DIY to be good exercise, and this did the job by putting my weight into it. It was indeed cheaper on Amazon than at HD; always check Amazon first. Further, this is a lot cheaper than the 75 lb. roller and is taking up a lot less room in my storage area. I would definitely recommend this product for a small to medium sized vinyl plank install. ... show more

  • Storage: Do not store in damp locations. Or leave sitting on bare concrete.
Style: Floor Rollers
Does what it's supposed to. We use to use 100lb. But 75lb works fine for glue down carpet. As far as rust goes. The rollers are chromed. And if left in rain, stored in damp garage or even left on concrete. It will rust. We keep them wrapped in burlap or a towel and up off of the floor. Put plywood under it if you must. And use carpet scrap or whatever to dust off surface rust prior to use. ... show more

  • Product works good
Style: Floor Rollers
Product works like it should but definitely not impressed with how it arrived in the box. I didn’t need this item right away so I left it in the box for a few months and upon opening it I realized the styrofoam packaging was destroyed and I was missing a washer/cotter pin. Not the end of the world but annoying to have to run out and grab one. Other than that it works great ... show more

  • Mine formed oxidation in 2 days inside an enclosed trailer at 55 percent humidity outside.
Style: Floor Rollers
I suspected this was at least 301 Stainless Steel. Considering it is a finishing tool that would be in direct contact with new material. I was wrong, as the title states. I personally would not use this item in a professional setting. Rust is not risk I'm willing to take on new surfaces. A tool like this should be a throw in the back of the van and forget it till needed tool. If you own one, use an oil protectant or something during downtime that you can remove easily, before use "every" time. I'm not saying it's a bad product at all. It will get the job done and has a solid build. Just a heads up. ... show more

  • great for small jobs and occasional use
Style: Extendible
I used this to put linoleum flooring in my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and entry closet over the course of 2 years. If I had needed it more often, I would have gotten a bigger one. It works well for getting in tight corners, small spaces, and closets. You do need to put a bit of pressure on it but since I sit in an office all day, I consider home improvement projects good exercise. The first bathroom I did, I used a kitchen roller (you know the kind you use for rolling dough). ... show more
