They look stunning and only had a very minor chip on one plank out of the two boxes we purchased. We were able to work around it. I just bought a second and third order on these and outside of some confusion on when both orders would arrive, they came scratch, dent and chip free from shipping. When these were delivered there were a bunch of broken edges. I contacted Amazon and the seller. The seller/manufacturer advised that they were currently not producing the same color, but as soon as they were I would have mine replaced. I held off with the install( I'm lying my buddy installed them). True to their word the manufacturer had new ones sent to me ASAP, and said I could keep the broken ones. The planks went down and worked as they should. They have a nice color and texture. I can't see any worn areas, I use this trailer for most the year as I work at different plants across the country. The broken edged planks I used in the bathroom and on the fridge since I didn't need full length. As far as the fridge, I missed the opportunity to order the inset panels when I bought it. $1,400 Dometic and they wanted extra for a stainless steel look( they were out of wood grain. The flooring fit where the panels would have gone. The last pictures are of me tearing out the old linoleum and carpet. A real pain, but a really clean and flat surface is the way to go. If you have carpet and linoleum it most likely goes under the slide. I cut back as far as I could and made a bull nosed trim piece to start the layout. ... show more

Hi quality product. Terrific customer service. But nearly ALL the tiles arrived damaged and unusable. I don’t see how you get around transit damage when each carton (10 tiles) weighs about 80lbs.

Big mistake buying this product it’s edges were chipped where they snap together had to trim with a box knife was not happy with this product at all buyer beware

We have not installed the flooring yet. But I can tell you that it is very well made and high quality and appears to be a very easy task to install. But most important is the level of customer service you get when you contact the seller /manufacturer with questions. We had to contact them regarding the shipping process and they were super quick about getting back to us and very courteous. I feel it is important to note that because it has become a common practice in most business to not really care about the consumer anymore. Highly recommend. ... show more
