I bought over 30 cases and about 15 cases of them will not lock with the other cases, all are the same model member so they should all lock together however they don't, and you have no idea which batch will work until it's too late. My floors are left with gaps where they won't interlock. I really love the Andesite color but when I ordered the same color for another project in my house the color was darker than the first set of boxes , AND the shipping was different. I had a whole box that got damaged on the corners and were no good bc they could not lock in place and some of the corners completely broken off. ... show more

I couldn't return because I didn't have the time I thought I would have to install when I purchased it. Didn't start installing until 2 months later. No, I did not damage it.
