Beautiful and easy to do
Color: Antique Gray
Set name: Box of 10 Planks
I love the looks of these planks. And they were easy to put down. I’m a senior woman and did all the work myself. I used a jig saw with a fine blade to cut them. They lock together easily. They provide a nice hard surface and they are a great alternative to ceramic tile. I was concerned when they arrived because there was a little damage to an outer box corner but happily there was no damage to the planks themselves. Very happy with this product. I can’t speak to how well they hold up because I just completed the project. I will update later if there are any issues.

Ordered a sample
Color: Pioneer Oak
Set name: Sample Cut Plank
I ordered a sample of this to see if it would work for my kitchen. It seems very durable, and the color is a light honey wood tone with a little more yellow than I thought. I decided NOT to use this, but only because it is too thick. I have varying levels of subflooring in my house and wanted something thinner to make it more even. It seems very nice. I told my son he can keep the sample for a craft.

Scratches easily and no customer service whatsoever
Color: Piano Black
Set name: Box of 10 Planks
Very thin wear surface and multiple failed attempts to contact the manufacturer through their contact information. Attempted online contact through their contact page, email and multiple phone calls with only a voicemail. Left voicemail and, as of this review, it's been 2 months and still no response from any of the attempted contacts. 1 star for the absolute absence of manufacturer customer service.

Great except for the tiles broken in transport.
Color: Hesonite
Set name: Box of 10 Planks
Not so good for transport protection. I had to buy an additional box of tiles because of broken corners. It appears the long, thin, heavy boxes get dropped on the corners and that breaks off about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the corner. I had tiles with broken corners on both ends which renders that tile useless. I also had 3 tiles with chips along the long edge, I could use part of these tiles but the scrap was high. In my opinion the boxes of tile are not packaged well enough to ship individually, probably fine to pallet ship. The tiles fit together very well, they look good on the floor and seem to have a very tough surface. If it wasn't for the packaging I would rate these 5 stars. I originally bought 8 boxes, now have to stop and wait for another box, and pay for it.

Check for broken edges
Color: Pioneer Oak
Set name: Box of 10 Planks
When these were delivered there were a bunch of broken edges. I contacted Amazon and the seller. The seller/manufacturer advised that they were currently not producing the same color, but as soon as they were I would have mine replaced. I held off with the install( I'm lying my buddy installed them). True to their word the manufacturer had new ones sent to me ASAP, and said I could keep the broken ones. The planks went down and worked as they should. They have a nice color and texture. I can't see any worn areas, I use this trailer for most the year as I work at different plants across the country. The broken edged planks I used in the bathroom and on the fridge since I didn't need full length. As far as the fridge, I missed the opportunity to order the inset panels when I bought it. $1,400 Dometic and they wanted extra for a stainless steel look( they were out of wood grain. The flooring fit where the panels would have gone. The last pictures are of me tearing out the old linoleum and carpet. A real pain, but a really clean and flat surface is the way to go. If you have carpet and linoleum it most likely goes under the slide. I cut back as far as I could and made a bull nosed trim piece to start the layout.

Well made, top quality product
Color: Pioneer Oak
Set name: Box of 10 Planks
We have not installed the flooring yet. But I can tell you that it is very well made and high quality and appears to be a very easy task to install. But most important is the level of customer service you get when you contact the seller /manufacturer with questions. We had to contact them regarding the shipping process and they were super quick about getting back to us and very courteous. I feel it is important to note that because it has become a common practice in most business to not really care about the consumer anymore. Highly recommend.
