Perfect for Vinyl Laminate Floors
Scent: Lavender Thyme
Size: 128 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Bona is the only floor cleaner we use on our vinyl laminate flooring. It can be used with any spray mop and does a terrific job of cleaning the floor. You have to be careful about what cleanser you use on vinyl laminate in order not to damage it. Bona leaves a nice shine along with a subtle clean scent. We use it a lot including to clean up our dog's little accidents.🐶

Pros recommend, but room for improvement
Scent: Unscented
Size: 128 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
This is the cleaner recommended by the company that refinished and stained our hardwood floors, and we’ve been using it for about a year with good results. It cleans well and hasn’t caused any issues with the finish. It’s also the brand our house cleaner prefers, which gave me extra confidence in it. One thing to note: even after the floors are mopped, I can still pick up some brown residue when I go over them with an electric mop. That may be due to normal foot traffic or the limitations of a traditional mop-and-bucket method rather than the cleaner itself. I appreciate that there’s no strong chemical smell. Overall, we’re happy with the product, though I would love to see an even more human-, baby-, and pet-friendly version in the future.

A Gallon That Actually Gets the Job Done
Scent: Unscented
Size: 128 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using this Bona hardwood floor cleaner on my floors and have been happy with how well it handles everyday dirt and grime. It cleans thoroughly without requiring much scrubbing, and I like that it dries quickly without leaving obvious streaks behind. The unscented version is especially nice because there isn’t a strong fragrance lingering after I finish cleaning. I also appreciate being able to pour it into my spray bottle and use it with a microfiber mop, which makes cleaning larger areas pretty straightforward. The floors look noticeably cleaner and have a nice natural-looking finish afterward. I haven’t had any issues with residue when using a reasonable amount, although I would avoid over-saturating the floor. Overall, it does what I need it to do and has worked well for maintaining my hardwood floors. TIP: Use a light amount of cleaner rather than soaking the floor; it dries faster and helps prevent any film from being left behind.
