  • Happy customer
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Had reservations with the bed rail. Our bed is articulated and I wasn't sure this would work with the up & down bed positioning movement. Not only does it work well, the rails feel well anchored by simply passing under the upper mattress. My wife can get very good support getting into & out of the bed and has no complaints. I tried it also and found the sense of support was better than I had thought it would give us. The height adjustment works reasonably well from beside the bed and one would have a great deal of difficulty (impossible) working it from a reclined position - which is good! The only difficulty is lowering one side to the floor, which is necessary when making the bed, but it can be done with a little difficulty. My wife broke her arm and must negotiate things one handed for a while. This was exactly what she needed for assistance. We are pleased with quality & finish. My wife was able to remove the bedding one handed for the wash when asked to perform this task for the home PT rehab nurse (I still get the job when no one is around!). I now believe this to be better than the one-sided style which straps to the bed for security & which would never have worked with the bed articulation. It was shipped quickly and arrived for her hospital discharge to home care and assembled super quick for this 72 year old man (no tools needed). Highly recommended by both of us for anyone in need of assistance! ... show more

  • Works on adjustable beds!
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This bed rail works great for an adjustable, full sized bed. It was very hard to find a good quality bed rail that works on an adjustable bed but this one is perfect. Easy to assemble and fits between the adjustable frame and the mattress. Very secure and looks like it will last a long time. The only problem we had assembling it was that one of the four pins didn't pop into the designated height adjustment holes easily so it took a little trial and error to be sure it was all the way in and secure. Am not going to adjust the height often so I will not return it. This is a bother - but minor. If this came in a size for a queen bed, I'd buy another. Would definitely recommend this item. ... show more

  • Works great on an adjustable bed frame
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
After my husband spent two months in the hospital (heart surgery/stroke/rehab), i ordered him a Nectar mattress and bed frame. I didn't want him to spend another night in a hospital bed. I knew I needed rails and after reading some other reviews I ordered the RMS Dual Bed Side Assist Rails. It fit great and he loves it. Thank you so much for producing such an awesome product. It went together easily for a twin bed. I did have to make it smaller and push it hard through the rubber parts but the end result is awesome. Thank You fir such a great product! ... show more

  • Worth the money!
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
Great aide for patients that have problems rolling side to side, getting up and in and out of bed.

  • Unsatisfied. A part broke within minutes.
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
One of the pull-release tabs broke during the initial adjustment. Extremely disappointing. Bringing the sides close enough to use on a Twin bed requires removing or rolling up the rubber grips. Otherwise, pretty self-explanatory setup. A bit wobbly, but should hold strong as long as the bed is occupied to weigh it down. Probably not ideal to lean against without someone on the bed, unless under a wider & heavier mattress. _ Contacted customer support on their website for a replacement part. No response after 10 business days. Got a refund from Amazon. ... show more

  • Works for adjustable beds!
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
After my elderly mother fell out of bed and injured her arm, I started looking for bed rails for adjustable beds. Almost all of the bed rails are designed to be used with a traditional mattress and are not designed for adjustable beds While it took a while to wiggle the pieces into place, due to the placement of the foam, non-slip sleeves, I did not have to cut them off. When I first put it on the bed, I thought it wasn't going to stay on, but it did and has worked wonders. It seems sturdy and secures in place. I can easily take one side off, for mom to get in and out of bed, and then pop the side right back in place. While she can get get in and out without removing it, it is difficult for her to get in a good position up in the bed. Mom has an XL twin adjustable bed with a 14" hybrid mattress. ... show more

  • Adjusting Up & Down Is Difficult
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 1)
This is a nice sturdy rail. It's great that it is for both sides of the bed. The only downside I see is that it is difficult to adjust up and down for two reasons: 1. The locking pins do not lock in the out positions. This means to slide it up or down you need one hand to hold the left pin out, one hand to hold the right pin out, and just one more hand to push the bar down or up. I only have two hands so not good. This would be easily fixed if you could turn the pins or do something to lock them in the "out" position. 2. When you do get two pins out and a third hand to slide the bar down it is difficult to move. I believe this is because there is nothing to hold the base bars the correct distance apart. As a result you need to push down on one side a little, then the other, then back and forth until it is down. When pulling the bar up you have to hold the base and pull one side, then the other, and back and forth. These are sturdy and easy to assemble. If the bars are staying up then they work perfectly. My only other thought is that these are pretty much some simple tubes. I think they are expensive for what they. I think $20 would be a fair price but all things even remotely medical tend to cost much more than they should so based on that the pricing is fair enough. ... show more
