Worked for a couple weeks then stopped working suddenly. Thought it was batteries so I changed them out but still didn't work. Amazon says it is eligible for return through Jan 31st but when I try it won't allow me. Only offers troubleshooting.

it’s the exact remote, and we didn’t even need to sync it! all the buttons work, it feels more sturdy than the original remote and the back won’t easily pop off like the old one! absolutely worth the price and there was literally no set up, so super easy!

Unless I bought the remote made by Sony, I could not find a remote with mic function. This remote works perfectly with my Sony Bravia TV for everything else. The buttons layout is almost same as the Sony remote. Only one issue, rather a little inconvenience for me, is that the Select button is too small, and I accidentally push the right or left arrow instead when I meant to push the Select button. And my thumb is fairly skinny.

I purchased this as a replacement remote for my Vizio TV. It works ok. The quality of the remote seems cheap, but it does its job for the most part. You can't be too far away from the TV or it won't work.
