I was very hopeful about this trainer. It takes awhile to put on because when you get one of the Velcro pieces in place the other ones pop off. I don't feel this way made for people with any type of gut. It does however feel good on the back once you're able to get it in the right position after all the work to get the Velcro to stay, that in itself is a small workout.inwould not buy this again or recommend this
