From purchasers son, Kris: I got this cage a month ago after looking at many other comparable ones. I'm beyond pleased with my decision and blown away by the customer service! Its beautiful, well built and easy to assemble. The directions are straightforward and the parts for each step are compartmentalized making the process simple. I had to step away a couple times and I had no problem resuming where I left off as they made the process very user friendly. I weigh 190 and have a muscular build and I'm pushing heavy weight on this thing with no worries as its sturdy! Stability is paramount so kudos to RitFit! The safety bars and J hooks are solid and easy to switch out. The pull up bar is amazing. The pulleys and lat pull down are great which is a pleasant surprise because home gym lat pulldowns usually suck! I love this thing and get so excited to workout each day! It also has a wide enough center without making a huge footprint. I also love that the plate holders work for 1 and 2 inch plates! Well played, RitFit! What really impressed me the most is their customer service. I had to submit a warranty claim and their customer service rep was professional, sincere, kind, thorough, and very well spoken. My replacement partwas here in 2 days! Faster than most Amazon deliveries!!! I could go on and on but just know that this is the best piece of home gym equipment I own by a long shot and I had lofty expectations. That alone makes me a happy customer but their customer service drove it home and ensured my loyalty and advocacy for RitFit. I'm reentering the fitness industry here soon and I'll be recommending their products as well as buying more! If you're on the fence just pull the trigger...you'll be happy you did and you've got a company that cares about their customers while standing by their product.

Overall I think this is a really nice home gym set up. Everything was delivered pretty quick and was as described in the listing. Assembly went a lot smoother and quicker than I anticipated. I was done in about an hour working by myself. Using the setup has been solid and it has everything you need to get a solid workout in at home. The rack itself and all the attachments are sturdy enough especially when you have weights stored on it. There’s some shake when doing weighted dips or weighted pull ups or heavy lat pull downs but not so much that it ever feels unstable or unsafe. I absolutely love the lat pull down and the attachments this kit came with. Overall I would recommend this to someone that wants a decent setup at home for those days they can’t make it to the gym that doesn’t cost a fortune. It’s not the nicest setup you can get but for what I paid and what I’ve been able to do with it I’m definitely satisfied.

Very sturdy. No issues with it so far. I’m 6’1 and have no issues in it and so far have only put 275 lbs on the bar and it holds nicely. Easy to assemble as well.

This is my second purchase of this rack for a physical therapy clinic. This one arrived with two of the weight storage pegs damaged and unusable. Communication with the seller was easy and after sending them a picture of the damaged part, new ones were sent within a few days. I have had the other rack for several years and it is used on a daily basis. Very sturdy. Extremely pleased with these units and will buy again in the future when needed.

Product had a few missing pieces but customer service was quick to make it right. Also it ships in two packages but Amazon just gives you one tracking number. Easy to assemble. Overall construction is probably excellent for the price point. Feels a bit more flimsy compared to professional cages at a gym but for the much more affordable price, I have zero complaints. Would recommend. Also, if your weights are all full size bumper plates, you’ll have trouble using the top storage pegs

I bought this cage to make a nicer garage gym. The assembly directions were simple and it took less than 2 hours to assemble. I have used it for 2 weeks consistently now and it is very sturdy and reliable. Very happy with this product.
