I wanted to wait a couple of months of usage before sending out a review. The systems arrived in two separate boxes. Overall, I was impressed with the packaging. Each component piece of equipment was wrapped tightly and compartmentalized to avoid movement during shipment. Both boxes were damaged during shipment with two large holes but remained secure with no damage inside. Install was a breeze if you use common sense. Don’t depend on the supplied manual. It is not well written and will further confuse you especially when you come to the cable layout. I was able to complete the system in under 2 hours. I found that the cables had a lot of drag when I first used them.I strongly recommend that you spray cable wheels and cables with a WD-40 Specialist DRY Lube (DO NOT USE A WET LUBRICANT) make sure that you wipe all cables and wheels to ensure evenness. Makes a BIG difference in the smooth functionality of the cable system. Overall, the system is a quality fabrication. However, not sure why RITFIT scrimped on plastic cable wheels versus metal. I noticed others had mentioned the same concern in other threads. I plan to change them out for metal ones. I highly recommend the RITFIT system, it is a great addition to my home gym and certainly well worth the money. Now for the negative which is not a fault of RITFIT. The contract shipper is terrible. I happened to be out of town when the shipment arrived. The delivery person offloaded both boxes (about 150lbs each) against the middle of my closed garage door haphazardly with no regard to the weather. I had to call from afar and provide access to two of my amazing neighbors who gratefully secured and muscled them into my garage. I’m very thankful- there could have been a worse outcome. I am pleasantly surprised. This product has been great so far and inspired the whole family to start working out again. This was very easy to put together (took about 2 hours mostly by myself). The rack is pretty sturdy and easy to configure and use. I ordered Green and I love the color. Ordering through Amazon can make the shipment tracking difficult but that isn’t a RitFit issue. It will come in two packages but Amazon only lets the vendor record 1 shipment tracking number. Just be patient, they’ll arrive within a day of each other. Highly recommend! ... show more

This is my second power cage and first with a cable system. I think this one is excellent for the price. It does everything I want and more than I need. Buying just the plates alone would usually cost much more than the entire package. The cage is plenty sturdy for the weights I lift. The cable system works well and is easy to use. One suggestion for improvement is to add some diagonal bracing at the back to prevent the small amount of side-to-side wobble that occurs if anything pushes against the side of the cage. ... show more

Need 2 people to put together. Directions number each piece however pieces are not physically numbered so that took alittle time to figure out pieces. Not super difficult to put together just took time. Blue is a beautiful color! So far definitely worth the price! Quality seems good as of now haven’t fully used it yet. Very good product. Construction will take a few hours 6-8 with one person. Everything feels really well built. Used the cable mechanism of it and it flowed smoothly and gave a good weight resistance. Usually I do not write many reviews on products due to time, but felt that this product deserved it. Had one part in the pully system that was bent but not broken and I was able to bend it back. I bought this and during assembly the bolt heads started bursting off the bolts and the cage collapsed around me. I reached out to the seller and they accepted the return and sent me a the return process. It was at my own expense for 2 packages over 100lbs each. That would cost a small fortune. I requested that they pay for shipping seeing as the bolts exploded during assembly creating a dangerous situation. They then offered to send me the stronger bolts. I pointed out how crazy that was to offer stronger bolts AFTER a dangerous situation instead of with the cage to prevent a dangerous situation and they finally agreed to send prepaid shipping labels. Another buyer beware bit of info. Fedex can't accept packages over 100 lbs at their location for shipping because it requires 2 people to lift those packages so you have to pay to schedule a pick up. I found this out after dragging these 100+ pound boxes into a fedex location. In the end I got a full refund and I am thankful for that. But I can't help but feel guilty if I don't instruct people to ask for the stronger bolts if they order this. The machine itself seemed sturdy from what I could assemble before the bolt heads burst off and it collapsed around me. ... show more
