I recently purchased the RitFit workout cage and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, so I felt compelled to share it. Firstly, the setup was much easier than anticipated. While it's possible to assemble solo, I would recommend having a second person just for safety. The step-by-step instructions and organized parts made the assembly straightforward and enjoyable. Halfway through the assembly, I encountered a slight hiccup, a pre-manufactured hole was misaligned by half an inch, making it impossible to proceed. However, RitFit’s customer service was quick to resolve this issue. After I reached out, they promptly sent a replacement part which I received within a day which was an impressive turnaround time, thanks to expedited shipping. The quality of the workout cage itself is stellar. It offers everything I need in a home gym setup, from a smooth-operating smith machine to a high-quality pulley system that rivals those found in professional gyms. After several workouts, I find myself hard-pressed to think of any additions that could enhance its functionality. Overall, I highly recommend this product and the company behind it. The RitFit workout cage has not only met but exceeded my expectations as a home gym setup.

My 14 year old daughter and I built this together and it was very easy. Instructions are easy and hardware cant be messed up. Missing a piece due to shipping damage but customer service was fast and got me what I needed really quickly. Happy so far.

Two boxes arrived damaged. The third and last box was so damaged, courier sent it back to the shipper. Several places on the equipment had significant paint gouges or deep scratches (some examples attached). There were also some missing assembly hardware. The right Smith Machine attachment had a somewhat bent base which raises the right side stop about 1/2 inch lower so the hook stop is never level with the latch. No way to adjust the rotating smith hook mechanism to evenly latch on to the peg at any of the levels.

Pros: Fairly easy to assemble and use. Cons: Shipping/packaging was not good. Two bars had stress cracks, and the lifting bar was damaged. RitFit did replace the cracked bars, and that was it.

The product was shipped over a week and was lost twice. So that was just the start. Once the equipment arrived it was fairly easy to assemble. The biggest issue I have is the rust spots as well as paint peeling right out of the box.
