Great machine would buy again

Update: after finally receiving the new part.. we love it. The instructions could be better. They just give you the numbers with arrows and part numbers on the pages. Fortunately all the screws and tools are packaged by step numbers to match page numbers. It absolutely does take 2 people to build. I think it took us 4 hours in total to build. We are excited to actually use it. I like the adjustable seat pad it’s easy to remove depending on if you are squatting or using the leg press. We are between 5-5’11 and it’s definitely easier for someone shorter. Unracked it’s pretty heavy to squat if you are small. The machine was sent with defective pieces and their customer service thinks I don’t know how to rotate pieces to see if they fit correctly. I have already sent several pictures showing them not aligning. The main bar that holds everything together will screw at the center but the sides where welded in the wrong direction and will not connect to the main side bars.
