When I originally recieved this it came with a base arm with a pulley that had been welded to the wrong end. It made it impossible to even begin setting it up. Customer service was actually AMAZING! I went through the website and used their customer service chat and it directed me to an email for my complaint. I was SUPER reluctant to use it as it appeared to be AI and I was worried I was never going to get the part replaced. It was replaced within 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a solid piece of equipment that was not overly difficult to assemble. You will need two people. It feels like a quality piece of commercial gym equipment. Everything works and it's fun to use. I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This power cage is an all-out fantastic home gym — while the setup/construction did take some time (I did it entirely on my own… so that IS possible, but only for those with solid and stable strength/balance**), this cage looks sharp AND is very smooth/functional. I’m a professional online Lifestyle, Training and Nutrition Coach, who needed something I could utilize at home for the days my kids are home with me as well as incorporate exercise recording due to many gyms now scrutinizing others from recording on gym floors. So here we are! Since this is what I do for a living- I need to record movements and address safety protocols! I’m SO happy with this purchase so far, and hope it holds up for years to come. The cables move very smoothly, without catching (also a result of proper assembly- key point for construction), the smith machine bar does move smoothly as well, however does wiggle a bit more than I’d like despite trying to address whether or not it was a personal-assembly issue … and it was not. So that would be one recommendation I would provide to the seller, is better fittings for the smith machine attachment. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a separate free barbell in order to utilize the landmine attachment (as well as for more advanced squatting ability and development). The barbell clamps provided are a great starter, but not the greatest- so investing in better clamps down the road is recommended. You absolutely can achieve incredible progress with this machine alone without having to further invest in other equipment, especially those just starting out or REstarting after a long lifting hiatus. But I do still recommend for advanced lifters requiring further functional training and alternative stimulus’ to consider getting dumbbells, kettlebells, etc if you plan to solely workout from home.

Great machine for home use. It took about 6 hours to unbox and put together. That’s a 2 person job. It was delivered in 3 different deliveries. Great quality for the price and everything moves smoothly. It did arrive with a few small scratches from poor quality packaging. Would recommend buying for home use, will last a lifetime.

When this arrived, the packaging was horrific (came in 10 shipments over a 2 week span), all of the nuts, bolts and washers were mixed up and not in the sections as intended which made everything more complicated than need be. Not to mention some of the boxes were wrapped so much just opening them was a chore (they were overly shrinked wrapped as though previously opened then rewrapped). The instructions for assembly could have been illustrated better, parts could have been labeled or identifialbe with stickers and the video instructions do not match the written instructions. Also, there was 2 missing parts (the Pulley's which were shipped 2 weeks later) which meant we were not able to use this until they arrived and assembley was complete. Finally the plastic end caps pop out routinely and could be made to fit better. This machine is wonderful once fully assembled.

This has been a terrible experience. Some pieces got lost in shipping and they had to ship other parts due to being sold out, the rack wobbles and is not level. One part of the smith machine was broke. I have had this machine for almost three weeks now and I am still trying to get the parts that come with it. The customer service is terrible. They are based in china or something and only reply at like 3am and will not reply again until the next day at like 3am. I will never buy anything from RitFit again. For someone who has worked out for 25ish years, I was very excited to order this and am very let down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Excellent value, a minor part damaged during shipping was quickly replaced. They were easy to contact, responded quickly. This system is exactly what we were looking for. Excellent customer service. The system comes in multiple boxes, and is shipped from different locations, so it takes a few days for every package to arrive. The directions and parts are packaged and hardware is well labelled to avoid confusion. It does take 2 people to assemble since one person has to hold a part while the other places the assembly screws, so would accordingly. Overall, a great product and a great seller!

Update: Support team was great and we were able to make this order more successful than previously reported. I stop at 3 stars becuase packaging was destroyed with some of the parts resulting in a lot of cosmetic damage. Several pieces are defective with several large scrapes likely due to shipping since one of the boxes was utterly destroyed. Machine is missing the smith barbell, smith frame right and smith frame left so I cannot complete assembly. 100 pounds of bumper plates were also not shipped due to being out of stock per a representative who answered that question of mine but none of the other ones relating to the missing machine components. I will update this review if RITFIT makes it right.
